Dr. Byrd has been caring for my two Boxers for three years. While the office is a bit of a drive for me, the trade off is the great care the staff provides. The techs and receptionists are fantastic. We were there on 23 May, and saw Dr. Sutter for the first time. She has the same caring personality as Dr. Byrd, and I am so glad to have found their office! I wholeheartedly recommend Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital.

Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital with Dr. Byrd and the whole staff are just fantastic! They really care and take the time to listen to what we experience with our dog. We made a mistake in switching food and Dr. Byrd was firm and compassionate that we needed to switch to a more appropriate and trusted nutritional plan to meet Cody's allergy related needs. Thank you to the whole staff for accommodating us and taking such good care of Cody!

Hands down best Veterinarian in San Antonio. Both of my pups get the best quality of care at this facility. Dr Byrd and Dr Sutter are absolutely amazing. Staff is amazing and always super friendly. Facility is always clean. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Great wellness visit for our grand dog today at Heritage Oaks off Evans Rd. We usually see Dr. Byrd at Northern Oaks but they had an opening closer to me at new Heritage Oaks. The facility is clean, modern and pet friendly. The staff were engaging and we loved seeing our vet Dr. Byrd. I even got to tour NEST next door for possible future activities or overnight stays for our pup. They are so creative with many offering in their new facility. This is a great vet option with knowledgeable staff.

I recently had my kitty Memphis in to be neutered. The care was as wonderful as our primary location, Northern Oaks! The facility was absolutely gorgeous. I felt so at ease leaving him with Dr. Martinez and Dr. Byrd. I received timely phone calls/updated pictures of Memphis being loved on by staff. I was very pleased with the services I received and look forward to going to this new location again. Please take the time to visit the boarding facility next door. The suites are so luxurious I wish I could book myself a night! Thank you guys for always showing love to my baby! Congratulations on the new location!
