Description Rainbow Service Dogs Inc, works to assists individuals, families with children, and veterans in obtaining a service dog. We work with a variety of disorders including, but not limited to: Autism, Diabetes, P.O.T.S, Allergy alert, Seizure disorders, PTSD and other mental health issues. In a community family style environment, we offer a work at your own pace training program to ensure success for each individual to gain independence and improve his/her quality of life. We offer advocacy and education to members, community programs and schools about the important role of service dogs and service dog laws. Our motto: We are not just a program, We are a community. Programs include: Paws for Vets and our Sue Perry’s Angels for Autism”

ETA: I've reviewed the owner's response to my review and can post pictures and text messages. Kelley, we worked with you and Jamie. I'm glad that there are others who had a better experience than we did. Unfortunately, our experience was very bad. My husband took his dog there for service dog training for anxiety/PTSD/hearing loss. The classes were so chaotic and disorganized, directions were barely given and when they were it wasn't clear, and he couldn't hear a thing. We even hosted the class in our home a few times so that we had air conditioning because it was being held in a garage and everyone was absolutely miserable. We also had an agreed-upon price, and the owners tried to keep increasing it all the time. When we quit and told them we were not going to continue training with them anymore, they tried to say that we didn't pay and owed them money. I hope that things have improved - better organization, structure, and business management.

They worked a pregnant dog a few days before it gave birth, put puppies in target that where vocal and nowhere near ready for public access. Many people have left this program due to abuse and I'm glad I didn't go down that hole. Please be careful where you send your dogs it's not always what it seems.

It has been an amazing and very supportive experience working with Rainbow Service Dogs; I got help training my service dog and it has changed my life in the best way. The trainer was very helpful and treated everyone like family. I highly recommend if anyone needs help getting or training a service dog to reach out to rainbow service dogs :)

I recently applied to several programs and by far the director was amazing. She took me step by step through all the processes needed to apply. I asked her about what she thought about other service dogs companies as I asked each of the others and she was the only one who stated that I should research each and make my own opinion. She stated that some programs work better for some people and that it really depends a lot on personality and I agree with that. I was invited to meet some of her clients and the stories I heard about how she has gone above and beyond for so many is amazing. Their motto seems to truly fit with their program. She was even honest about having some people that had now been happy with the program but I feel in like those that aren’t happy with such a program are often miserable in their own lives and really seek out to destroy others live only to make themselves feel better. We will be working with Rainbow Service Dogs for two of our children. Looking forward to the classes and meeting the many people she works with

i work with kelley, kelley is my adopted tia she helps me through my toughest times n shes always here 4 me i never felt so much better while working with these dogs. we work really well with our dogs and our clients we love our people n dogs, i love seeing people with their dogs i love everyone that i work with, everything abt this program is amazing. i learned alot while training these wonderful service dogs! <3 kelley u see this js know how amazing u r - alex

I absolutely love going to learn how to work with my dog. My dog LOVES going to class and is learning so much! We worked with him to become a certified service animal and he is doing fabulous. We are returning for additional classes because it was such a great experience!
