Never use these people! They broke my dogs tail! Then he got a cyst/infection in the area, and his tail had to be removed. I didn’t do a law suit because I know they wouldn’t tell the truth. My word against theirs. However, the vet said surely that’s what happened. The day before he got his vaccines, and was perfectly fine.. pic below is my tail less dog :(.

Very happy with the service and end result of the grooming session for our Shih Tzu and golden doodle very different breeds and temperaments but for their first time with these groomers everything went fantastic!

I'm reluctant to take our pomeranian to a facility with other dogs as she has become sensitive and feisty in her old age. Fancy dog came to my house in Cibolo Saturday and took great care of her. I really appreciate the TLC, thanks so much!

Had a terrible experience with Fancy Dog Mobile Pet Groomer. The hair cut was very uneven and that really didn’t bother me as hair will grow back. A few days later I remove the bandana they put around my dogs neck and there is a large rectangular cut under his neck. He was obviously cut and I had no idea until days later because it was hidden under the bandana. Really disappointed that they didn’t tell me and now I need to take him to the vet as it looks infected. The company is blaming it on his collar and allergies when it’s clearly a perfectly rectangular cut. Have taken my dog to groomers before and never had a problem. Beware of this company.
