Really do NOT go here. Cat killers is they’re local nickname… updated review: okay I wanted to update this to be specific about the cat clinic located on Jefferson in Redwood City. They come straight from your nightmares. The Cat adoption center is amazing and is a totally different place and a wonderful experience with loving people who clearly care about cats. It’s a bummer b/c both places have the same name. The adoption center off the 101 is awesome. The clinic that is on Jefferson is the worst, do not take your cat there if you value it’s well being.

Awesome!! This place is definitely on my list to fund when I make more money than expenses. They are safe, effective, efficient, and affordable. The donut shop next door is also lovely while you wait.

I adopted my baby boy from here! Most of the staff was helpful and the process to adopt was very painless and easy. I was able to put in an application on Thursday and pick up the cat on Monday. We have now had him for 2 years and he is the best decision I ever made! They have several cages with different options to choose from and you are able to meet with the cats and find which one works best for you :)

recently took a cat to this place to get fixed. forgot about them for hours then they got done forgot about them again and didn’t tell us till two hours later for them to be picked up. didn’t give them any water at least or food (they didn’t eat since 12 the other night because of the surgery). then one came back with a scratched up nose and now might be infected

Brought my cat in on a friday morning. They take one cat at a time so had to wait outside in a line for about 10 minutes before they took her. I had a really great experience with staff, they were so friendly and clearly very committed to the work. My cat had no adverse effects and was eating and using bathroom normally within two days. The cone they give out was actually impossible to figure out and once i did there was no way my cat would sit still long enough for me to get it in place so I definitely recommend investing in a plush collar (like pictured). Other than that the procedure and process was very smooth and i’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends. Very affordable compared to other locations around me so it was well worth the hour drive. Theyre also very flexible with pickup times which worked great for me as I had to wait until I got off work to pick her up. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my kitty :3!!

Nine Lives does such important work. Low cost spay and neuter, reduced cost vaccines, and as an animal shelter. If you have a young animal with no other complication please do give them your business as it helps them run their shelter facility.
