The service is regular, and we are always notified before a visit. The technician is friendly and informative. He performs his job in a quick and efficient manner. We got the service to prevent rats getting into the house, and it has worked. We are very satisfied with the service.

I called Purcor hoping to get termite treatment and pest control. Their customer service was helpful and nice, but unfortunately they seemed to have trouble fulfilling their promises of actual service. They missed their first scheduled appointment for a termite inspection. When I called to ask about the no show, they admitted that the wrong technician was assigned and rescheduled for another to come. With inspections done, I put the place down for a treatment. Again customer service on the phone was pleasant. He gave me a day for the appointment, but no time and said I should expect a call back, which I assumed would be when I receive other details. The call never came and I had to ring them up ask when service was coming. That’s when I learned that the call back was just for termite treatment and the agent just forgot to give me the time of the pest control service. They assured me that they will reach out to termite treatment, which apparently is a service they outsource and have not much “control” over. Their pest control technician came and the service was fine. I still haven’t received a call back after more than a week. I decided to try another place because I got tired of helping them keep to their schedules.

Dave is always very thorough in providing preventive care all around our house and yard, and provides very clear answers to our questions about the science involved. He shows higher training than average, as well as motivation for good customer service. Thank you.

These people are idiots. I spoke to Fabian who seems like an account manager about a wasp nest I needed help with. Someone was supposed to come from 12-5 and call me 30 minutes prior. At 4pm, I get a text saying David "served" me, no call whatsoever. Wasp nest has not been addressed. I'm cancelling the subscription and I'm going to dispute any charge to my card. Update 4/14/2024: Not sure why the owner wants to address concerns, but left the main dispatch number instead of an office line. $175 was charged yesterday for a service I explicitly told the first dispatcher that I didn't need or want. Also should mention, this business leaves no accessible way to contact any one directly if there are issues outside of helpless customer service reps.

David has been a savior to our mouse/rat issues. I love that he gives a a heads up on the day they come out, asks if there is any new problems. I highly recommend PURCOR.
