Our mission is to make sure your four-legged family members are kept safe and have a fun time when they are at our modern, open-play facility. We understand that your dog is a member of the family. You want to provide your dog with safe socialization so that they meet and play with like-minded friends, exercise to keep them healthy and extend their lives and education to help ensure they are well-behaved both at home and when you take them out in public. Dogtopia’s daycare is designed with these needs in mind. Your dog’s safety is our top priority; that’s why our team’s training is certified by two nationally recognized associations in canine behavior.

Dogtopia of Alamo Heights has been the best thing I could have discovered for my fur baby. Every time my dog and I walk in the front door for drop off, we are welcomed with big smiles and greetings from staff. Tail wags are immediate the moment I pull my car into the parking lot. My dog has so much fun with her friends here (both staff and dogs), and always comes home exhausted from such an exciting day. The staff is so great about interacting with the dogs, blowing bubble machines and doing all sorts of things to keep them entertained. They even do monthly events like photo shoots and such (like the Easter photo I included which was taken by them 🥰). Kim, the manager, has such a passion for dogs and it shows in the way she runs the facility. She has many dogs herself and is very familiar with dog behavior and how to handle all kind of dog personalities. She also fosters and finds homes for rescues. They couldn’t have chosen a better manager for this place. Ernesto is also such an asset. The dogs love him - I swear dog is his second language. They have cameras in all of their rooms and so you are able to watch your dog from an all or online at any point in the day. It always brings a smile to my face when I can see my dog playing while I’m at work or running errands. I rate this place a 10/10 and look forward to many years of continued memories with Dogtopia.

Staff was absolutely amazing with my fur babies. From the moment we stepped in the door, they were pampered with love and care. They took the time to listen to all information and medical care needed for my dog. My dogs enjoyed their time with the staff, and we are looking forward to hanging out again this week! Some of the best people to take care of my babies! Thank you!

Best dog daycare ever. Highly trained professionals treat you and your dog like family. Can’t say enough good things. They even take amazing photos of your dog. Bomba loves it!

This facility is so CLEAN and FRIENDLY! I love how calm and patient everyone is with the dogs. I can tell they truly care about the customers and most importantly the dogs. They have three different dog play areas depending on the dogs temperament. Their events like pool day, bubble day, ice cream day, arts and crafts, and photo days… such a great touch! My boys come home exhausted but still excited to go back to daycare lol

Loved the customer service and level of care at Dogtopia! Our older cocker spaniel was groomed so nicely and even had a bow placed on his collar. A wonderful caring staff awaited my dog. Thank you!!
