My dog and I had such a good experience here! The fear free practice is exactly what my vet-anxious pup needed. I love that you text when you arrive and they let you know when to come to the door so they can take you right to your own waiting room. It was comfortable and stocked with toys that kept my dog entertained. The staff were all very friendly and took great care of Mazie! They even kept her distracted with a pupcup while getting her blood drawn/vaccines so she didn’t get scared/apprehensive like she normally would. The ONLY somewhat critical thing I’d have to say is that it felt like we were there for a long time (a little over an hour), but I’m not sure if that is a normal amount of time for a visit. However, it was well worth it either way since the room was comfy and we had a stress-free appointment for my dog!

I cannot say enough great things about our visit. From the moment you walk in, their focus is on the well being of your pet. You never cross another pet while at the office. Each room is comfortably set up with a chair, couch, rug and an a basket full of toys. While we waited for the tech, we played with the toys just as if we were in our living room. When the tech arrived, she was very sweet and my dog was excited to see her. They went over all of the pricing before administering any vaccines which were all done by choice, not forced as they are at other offices. The vet came in and spent time warming up to the vet verse getting straight to checking her out which created a more calm experience for everyone. They took my dog in the back for her shots and blood work which makes it less stressful for all parties. When my dog came back she was just as excited as she ever is. At the end of the visit, she was given a pup cup which was a wonderful surprise that she thoroughly enjoyed. So glad a friend recommended this vet to us.

We had an absolutely amazing wonderful experience at PetVet365 in Clermont FL. Dr Click along with the assistant (I wish I’d gotten her name), were so kind and patient. My dachshund is VERY reactive with strangers…to a point that I muzzle him. By the end of the appointment he was unmuzzled and enjoying a complimentary pup cup. I can’t say enough about how different this experience was and I will 100% be back.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I have an elderly anxious dog & she was nothing but happy & well loved on from the moment we entered. No exam tables!! Dr Gifford actually sat on the floor to examine her ! Highly recommend!

So glad I made the decision to change my sweet Quincy Heath to Petvet365. Emily was the tech that took so much time and patience with us answering questions snd Caring for Quincy to prepare him for his exam. Dr. Gifford was absolutely amazing and she took so much caring time with us during the transition. I think Quincy might have made a new friend. The facility was very clean very organized and the staff very friendly. For the first Time in a while I feel I finally have a veterinarian that truly cares and doesn’t treat us like just another client. I love the personalized attention, and the down to earth spirit that each of them show. I would recommend Petvet365 for all of your pets needs. From the moment you walk in until you leave they are showing love and compassion.
