This is the BEST animal hospital in Clermont! They have the friendliest staff and offer high-quality service! Everybody is warm and welcoming, and they always make us feel at home. We feel included and valued, and are given honesty, instead of it being "all about the money." During exams everything is always explained thoroughly, and asking questions is encouraged. The team is absolutely amazing! They make our animals feel comfortable and safe, and do a great job at handling. Very happy pets and very happy owners! We love the staff at VCA Clermont Animal Hospital, and will continue to come back!

We've used CAH for years, trusting them with new fur babies to saying goodbye to beloved fur family members, and everything in between. They are wonderful, from the vets to the techs to the office staff. There's not an employee there that doesn't care about animals and giving them the best care. It's not just a job to any of them.

The service here is always expert and caring. The office staff are very personable and care about every animal that place their paws in their care. The vets are very knowledgeable. The costs are always more than I planned for but they do explain in detail what the costs are for. Wish I didn’t have sickly dogs but I do know they are well taken care of every time they receive care from VCA!

We have been coming here with our furrbaby Beau since 2015. We cannot thank the entire staff(Judy, Linda , Riley,Mallory, Christy and others.) The office staff are warm,friendly and very caring. Dr. Bork has treated Beau when we first moved here. Never did we think we would find someone like her who is compassionate and caring as her. Beau (british shorthair cat), our furrbaby has health issues that have now caught up to him and it is so sad. However, Dr. Bork has gone above and beyond to make sure Beau is comfortable. She treats us with such kindness and compassion.Our thanks to the entire office staff and medical staff for the service they provide. Highly recommend. LouAnn and Fazela

It was an emergency and they stitched up my lab after she'd been attacked by a pitbull. It was during a hurricane, but they immediately took her in, x-rays, shots and gave her stitches and staples. They let me take her home with some antibiotics, and it took her a month to heal from the wounds....I thank God for the really good people at Clermont Animal Hospital. They saved my dog's life.
