Was passing through Tucson on a road trip, and had an emergency with my dog. Every vet I called said they would be unable to help due to being understaffed/overbooked or closed because of the holidays. This clinic was able to take my dog in right away and we were able to pick him up in a couple of hours. The staff was all very kind and compassionate, as was the vet himself. I also was surprised that the cost was extremely reasonable for an emergency visit. Would definitely go back if I lived in the area. Thanks so much to the staff and vet for taking care of Rocko. ❤️

Last November my dog, Poopa, was unable to walk and our then regular vet told us to try Continental Ranch because they could not see us. Dr. Carlson was amazing and was able to tell that it was Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia which was confirmed later. He left me very quickly after this but I am so grateful for the urgency in which they saw him and helped me with him before he passed. Afterwards, they sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which was completely unexpected and very moving. I adopted a puppy in December and again, Dr. Carlson came to the rescue with recommendations for digestive calming remedies as my Tillie is quite reactive. When the natural remedies did not work, she was able to add in Sertraline, which is working. I adopted a tripawd, Loki, and she was able to give me recommendations for his care including a referral to A Loyal Companion and a surgical consult to ensure that his leg is healing. She even gave me information for a nutritionist to help get his weight down a little. Milo, my cat had horrific skin issues that they've managed until we were able to be seen by dermatology. Most recently, my oldest baby, Callie, has needed follow up after her dermatologist left and they've been so kind and accommodating with monthly cytopoint injections. She is 13 and I am afraid of surgery but she has a mass on her gums that needs to come off. Dr. Brown and Dr. Talkington met with me to help put my mind at ease in regards to the surgery and all of the precautions that they take. I went on vacation in June and was worried about running out of medicine. Sabrina ensured that I had everything that night, which really put my mind at ease. Azra is also so helpful when I call and need an appointment or need to pick up medications. Ashley, Megan, and Kim have all been wonderful veterinary assistants. Everyone greets my babies and sits with them to comfort them. I am so grateful to everyone at Continental Ranch Pet Clinic. Thank you for helping me take care of my babies when I need it urgently and for all the spectacular routine follow up care. You guys are the best!

Really nice receptionist. There was a a very small wait. They checked in on us constantly until the tech saw us. The vet tech Cat (not sure how she spells it) herself was amazing we felt as though she knew what she was doing. She gave advice which came from her own life experiences and professional experience. She was overall very friendly and knowledgeable. The vet Dr. Carson herself was also very professional and really amazing. Every issue we brought up with our pets was addressed in an open dialogue. The vet and the tech even discussed all of the options with us and actively tried to find cheaper solutions. They really seemed like a team. I feel very comfortable taking my pets there for anything. We had a great experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone. P.S: love that they took profile pics of our pets.

Dr. Mike is amazing and all the other staff is as well. Since I have moved. To Arizona, I have found that most of the vets are about the money and not the animal in this facility. That is not the case. Dr Mike cares deeply. Thank you

Dr. Brown took care of our EU health certificate from the USDA for our 4 animals and everything in our otherwise stressful move to Italy went without a hitch. As a bonus they charged us a very reasonable price. Everyone on staff was competent and kind. I would highly recommend this clinic for an EU health certificate or for any veterinary needs. Thank you!!

I was just informed that somehow a review got a one star entered by me. I just figured out how to write a review. I have had only positive experiences with this clinic; so, whatever got out there before was not done by me. They take of 2 of my kids ages 21/2 and almost 8. Both are Unfortunately not without health issue that they are managing to keep under control. Thanks guys!
