I hate to do it but some things need to be said about this place. If you read through the comments you'll see some of the same things echo. I'm going to give them props first. They are a business and their goal is to make money and they have been in this community for a long time. We're glad they are here and it's better that they are here than not. But, they need to look at some issues. The Vets seem to like empathy. I've experienced it with my own cat being put down. The front office staff are basically rude and it's forgivable because they appear to be way overworked. Tell the thing I have to say is this place is basically a money Factory. The prices just keep going up and there is no care for what it does to your pocket. You can tell a good bet by the fact that they would do everything they can do to save an animal's life or to improve its quality of life.

These guys are amazing, I had a dog that was 20 years old. They made her feel comfortable the last few mins of her life. They are a very caring staff, who answers questions, and listens to you who feels your loss as well. This is true vet office with amazing staff. You guys touch my heart. Dr. Morgan and the team at Frankfort Animal Clinic are amazing! Although they had a full schedule, the clinic was able to work my cat into their day to diagnose a UTI that was missed at another facility. Dr. Morgan also takes the time to call and check on progress. Highly recommend!

The clinic staff is always helpful when I call. They make me feel like I am the only one needing help and that my fur baby is the most important one at the time. I appreciate the vets’ attentiveness to the needs of our pups. The grooming staff does a beautiful job on my golden and he enjoys going. I appreciate the variety of services and the professionalism with which each service is delivered. I am thankful to know our family of animals are loved and cared for by the best.

The staff and Vet exceeded my expectations during Jenni Rae’s emergency visit. The communication level was exceptional as all staff from the receptionist to the Vet explained every step during our visit (and this was our first visit). I will now utilize this venue for all of Jenni Rae’s care.

We love FAC! We usually see Dr Morgan. She is so kind, very knowledgeable, and even puts my most anxious dog at ease. She was wonderful with us (humans) when we had to put our cat down last May, she really cared about our cat but also our feelings as well. We were so impressed by the professionalism as well as human kindness that we’ve been bringing our other pets here ever since! The staff is always helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs! I’ve also taken my pets to vets in Lexington and others in Frankfort in the past, this is by far my favorite, and I feel like the prices are very fair.
