This was my favorite thrift store in KY and I can definitely still recommend it but recently noticed that prices are getting a little silly for certain things which is disappointing. It seems like pricing is based on online comps, but not sold comps, which obviously is very different. Compensating for higher prices with sales is fine but.. Regardless of this, it's always clean and very well organized and obviously goes to a good cause! Lowered a star because the prices have just got more insane. I'm breaking up with this store :(

I think this may be my favorite local thrift store I have come across in my time in Kentucky thus far. Something unique about New Leash on Life is they do not have clothes, except for a few occasional vintage pieces! They have a lot of neat older and antique houseware, linen, craft, furniture options. Prices very reasonable and store is well organized! I have found useful things for my home as well as multiple gifts for others here! Must-stop if I am in Frankfort. :)

New Leash On Life Thrift in Frankfort KY is a pretty cool thrift shop that has a little bit of everything from furniture, books, glassware and so on. I did find 3 vintage books where one was a 1st audition from 1924 and the other two from the 1800's. This place has a paddlers mall feel but just in the heart of Frankfort. It is well worth the stop in and say hi and see what catches your eye.

Had an absolutely great experience. I was there on a walker and the ladies went above and beyond to help any way they could. I will definitely be back!

I enjoy browsing and shopping here. Never know what items you will come across as the merchandise (all donated to help the KY Humane Society) changes often. My only complaint is that the staff (all volunteers) could be more friendly and welcoming. In my experience, the ladies will greet people they know and ignore others who could very well be potential customers.

Decent place. Awesome cat! Only issue was observing the owner/manager being rude to one of her employees over something so trivial and then complaining about needing more people for the following weekend all before she went on about spending money at her salon. To the employee at the register, you were very sweet and kind and I'm sorry that you had to deal with that kind of behavior. I hope your dog feels better too. Not sure what was going on but, I could tell that you were worried.
