I recently got my Service dog from here, and he is amazing!! He is a cardiac alert service dog (he does other tasks as well but that’s his main one). He was trained by Liz and her program for about 3 months before he came home with me, and he has been helping me tremendously since then. Of course we had a period where we had to bond and learn to work together, but he already had all of his manners, obedience, and task training before I got him. He was given to Liz by a person who thought he was “too hyper” (he was a puppy) and she thought he would be perfect for me… she was right!! I love him and he fits in with our other dogs so well. I couldn’t ask for a better dog and best friend ❤️❤️. I also couldn’t ask for a better dog trainer. Liz has a very no-nonsense attitude, and she tells you when you’re doing something wrong, but she also understands that we make mistakes. Some people don’t like that, but if I am helping keep my service dog’s skills sharp, I want to do it right. She gave me all of the help and materials I needed to learn how to train and understand my dog (and other dogs). She has answered all of my questions, and met with me one-on-one when I asked her to. She has recommended equipment to get, and taught me how to further train my dog (he now runs alongside me when I bike). She even sent me to a friend of hers who taught me how to groom my dog! (He’s a labradoodle and the first dog I’ve ever had who needs to be repetitively groomed). Because of her, I feel confident that Merlin (my dog) and I will be able to work well together in college.

Liz is amazing. I'm not sure what Pawsabilities Unleashed Ms. Stanger went to, it certainly was not the one we attend. Our service dog was provided by Liz and Greta has been wonderful. We have never witnessed a dog attacking another dog, much less seeing blood. Dogs that are dog or people reactive, get extra attention from Liz and she gives the owners "homework " to help the dog get over their fears. We had issues with Greta pulling, and Liz made several trips to our home to help us resolve the issue. As far as group training goes, Liz told us we have two years of group training, but I cannot imagine Liz ever turning away a dog/handler seeking help. Liz's dogs spend 3 months of intensive training before being reunited with their owner. We attended group training for 6 weeks before Greta came home from intense training. This allowed us to learn commands and watch how handlers worked with their service dogs. Liz was attentive to us during the bonding time in order to ensure the bonding went well. Liz will also not fight with handlers that choose not to follow her proven techniques. I've also heard her tell handlers that their dogs are not ready to be therapy because they react to people or other dogs. I've also watched her work miracles with frightened dogs to help them learn to be non-reactive. We recommend Pawsabilities Unleashed to anyone in need of a service or therapy dog. Liz, and her program are amazing.

We are so pleased to have worked with Liz and Pawsibilities Unleashed to adopt our beautiful Keeshond. Liz was helpful in the process and answered all our questions. Roxy, our new puppy, was part of the prison training program and her manners are amazing. We are so impressed with the training she received. Thank you for all your help in making our dreams come true. Roxy is now part of our family.🤍

This place allows people to work dogs that are people and dog reactive. Have had my own dog attacked multiple times in there facility and watching others have their dog’s attacked and made to bled. When I got my service dog from them they didn’t even think they should help me continue his training beyond the group classes. The owner is a narcissist and always having to yell over the loud barking dogs. Most dogs in this environment become extremely stressed out and her “trained service dogs” tend to not make it more then a few months home unless you are a go go to all the time kind of person because that is how they train them as puppies. Please do not support this person as they even certified a therapy dog who is extremely reactive to people and dogs

I would never use this business. They belittle a shop owner on their Facebook page. Said the shop owner harassed a patron with her dog. It never happened but they have kept the post on their page. Haven’t offered an apology and continues to let her post to be shared. Not a person/business owner you want to associate with.

This place is only helpful to an extent. The Mcdonalds of dog training. Cheap & fast. You get what you pay for I guess.
