Excellent care and great pricing! Our rescue cocker spaniel has severe anxiety that we’ve been working on. The staff here has always gone above and beyond to be as gentle as possible with him!

It was a very sad occasion that brought us there but the staff were extremely patient and kind. The Veterinarian himself was so nice, and understanding..we lost our 18 year old furry family member Louis which broke our hearts.. Everyone who interacted with me showed such kind empathy which was greatly appreciated... The prices for pet care is very affordable. Thank you..

I took my dog in for UTI and ear infection. I was there for 3 hours & paid $355, the vet was only w/ us for 10 mins. Then came home to that red mark on her lower stomach. Idk what happened when they took her back for X-rays and a urine sample but I won’t be returning to this place nor will I refer anyone here.

We have been bringing our pets to Fairmont Pet Hospital for years now and have never had anything but a great experience there. The veterinarians and staff are all so knowledgeable and caring, which puts us at ease when we bring our furry friends in. They also offer competitive pricing, which is really important to us. We are so thankful for the team at Fairmont Pet Hospital!

Staff needs major improvements. If you’re coming in for annual shots. Go ahead… it’s safe… and affordable, now if you’re getting major surgeries. Please read. It’s affordable but the ball might get dropped. My dog is 12 years old, and at a high risk due to her heart problems with ANY surgery. I wanted to have this surgery done to see if her masses were malignant or benign. I wanted to do this because I don’t know if she will even wake up next surgery. I am more than happy to spend whatever for her. I have spent thousands of dollars here. I will say the Doctors have done a wonderful job with surgeries, and attending to my pets needs. I have been coming here for years. I been pleased with their work. I had a problem with a consent. Make sure you guys READ everything. I glanced over at the treatment consent being done, and it read “Mass Removal w/o Biopsy”… to me that, at a glance with the handwriting, looked like “Mass Removal with Biopsy”. I wish it would’ve been written out cause “without” would’ve seemed too long to say “with”. Or it should’ve had its own section along with the rest to accept or decline the treatment!!!! I had got the pre-estimated fees to all this, and I agreed to have all that done. I show up thinking everything that was presented prior to me, will be done at the day of her surgery. Why include the biopsy fee in my pre-estimate, if “I didn’t want it in the first place”? Now… Who decided to start saying “without biopsy” for my baby’s treatment? That… I will never know. I sure as HELL would not be SO pissed, if I denied that myself. A few days after the surgery I was questioning when I’d get her results back. I called, and called, and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES! We could’ve caught this problem then and there. And I could’ve had the biopsy done still probably? They hardly respond to emails. I asked the “manager” what could be done about this, because it’s a HUGE PROBLEM, and she responds with “it’s up to the doctors”. No ma’am. You “manage” the office. YOU need to bring this problem to the doctors. That is YOUR JOB to manage the office, and fill them in. They don’t get to see what’s wrong when they’re the ones attending to so much more in the back and juggling a practice full of inexperienced kids. THEY DID NOT GET TO HEAR ME ON THE PHONE CURSE YOU OUT. I am transferring over to a new vet. Now if I have to pay double the price, so be it. I will meet every requirement my dogs need. Unfortunately I have to wait and see if she grows another mass… and put her at risk again. Thanks for that. Thank you. Best Wishes. The staff could be better. Doctors are great. I hope this place gets to improve on their problems. But they for sure lost me, and 5 of my dogs, and a few people I have referred.

I was very pleased to read all the good reviews and decided to take my pet to try this place. I had booked my appointment a week in advance. The day of my appointment the receptionist calls me to let me know they are closing early at 3:00pm. My appointment was scheduled for 4:45pm. They let me know this information at 2:30 the same day of my appointment. You call me 30 minutes before you close with this information. They tell me they can reschedule and will have to cancel my appointment. Then give me the option to come in early tomorrow for a walk-in and have to wait. When I had an appointment booked a week ahead of time. This is super unprofessional and inconvenient. How do you not know you are closing early when scheduling your customers. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
