adopted my kitty here. her name was eleanor but i renamed her faye. she’s a diva but i love her and im so glad i chose her. the people who work here are very helpful and hilarious honestly. a nice curly haired girl helped me with the adoption process. definitely one of the cleanest facilities i’ve seen and i respect this place so much. they gave me my first cat and im so happy they did! 5 stars.

I adopted a dog from the Humane Society 3 weeks ago today. He had been crate trained, I say this, because as soon as I put blankets down in his crate, he ran in and I could tell he was happy. He slept there all night with the door open and this morning I’m sound asleep it’s 8 o’clock he jumps up on my bed kiss my face rolled over on his back, put his neck, his head on my neck and just pushed him self. In the mirror. He was so happy.. when I get his food out, he steps back 3 feet and he won’t go to the boat until I tell him he can’t and I was shocked when he does the same thing if I say the word know one time, Back saw 3 feet and stand at attention. You never know what you’re going to get when you adopt a baby from the Humane Society. He has not one time had an accident on the carpet where as I take him out and walk him and he does his business outside and if it’s snowing or freezing inside, I put the puppy pads down, especially for in the middle of the night he goes on the puppy pads. This dog have been highly trained, I take him with me almost everywhere I go and he loves the car ride that more than anything I can tail he loves being loved, and I love him with all my heart♥️

Of course you should go have a look! It wouldn't hurt ♥︎ we found our baby girl waiting for us here♥︎ months of being alone, hoping someone would love her, and we absolutely do ♥︎ she is the calmest sweetest dog ever ♥︎

I'm writing this one out of desperation. They have too many pets and need our help. They had a special for a free pound puppy weighing over 40 lbs they are or were adopting them for free. The Humane Society has a special place in my heart. I love all animals and I wish everyone would have their pets spayed or neutered to cut down on pet population. I also pray that there is more laws against puppy mills. The people who work here are great and there is a dog, cat and sometimes a bunny or two for everyone. They keep it clean and they are very professional. I would recommend the local Humane Society to everyone including the kids. Hay they allow you to walk any dog they have that isn't a violent offender. I wish everyone reading this post would go get some of the Oklahoma City Humane Society and I promise you that if you can you'll be going home with a great new best friend.

Still hoping my baby girl shows up there I look everyday thanks to Tabitha 😭.... I was there for here cried when she cried about her dog then her just to leave my dog off i35and SE 44th, or gave my baby to some dude named Joe... So I keep the faith and check online daily and go there even if the age is off to see if my baby girl is there...
