They always took great care of us. Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful. Medical advice was always good. Unfortunately we moved out of state but going to miss them. Something I didn’t realize until I moved away and tried a new vet, but I loved how quiet it was here. You don’t hear a bunch of dogs and cats barking and meowing like crazy in their kennels. The exam rooms are also large and clean. This just creates a much more calming environment for the animals.

The staff at Bethel Animal Hospital goes above and beyond to make sure my fur baby is comfortable and well taken care of at every visit. They address every concern I have and always triple and quadruple check to make sure I don't have any more before we are done with the visit. I have had to reschedule a couple times due to my own illnesses and they have been understanding and kind in explaining the rescheduling policy to me and getting my fur baby in quickly. I couldn't imagine taking her anywhere else.

Dr.Becker is amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind to our boys! The prices are reasonable, only thing that could improve to bring better service is the front desk. Maybe having another person who can help check in on the weekend would be great for those waiting and those also checking-in. Otherwise fantastic institution filled with great people who love animals! Update: We got the boys vaccinated on Saturday around 9am by 2-3pm Arlo was in the ER at BluePearl for a severe allergic reaction. They said the doctor should’ve know better than to give that many vaccines in one appointment for this breed. I’m really disappointed because we had so much trust given to Dr.Becker and he not only failed us but also our boys.

My cat is everything to me and he was starting to cause problems so we had to get him neutered but didn’t have a lot. The prices were reasonable, the staff was INCREDIBLE, Dr. Leo was so extremely helpful and gave me tons of tips for how to help. This place is a blessing and I’m so incredibly impressed. Best vets office I have EVER been to. Parking is overall pretty user friendly and easy to get in and out.

I had a wonderful experience as a new client at this veterinary clinic. They were able to quickly accommodate me and provided excellent care for my dog's injured paw. What truly stood out was their follow-up call the next morning to check on my dog's recovery. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for their patients' well-being is commendable. I like taking my dog to Dr. Ward. He is good with her. I think he likes her. She doesn't have any fears with him. He probably likes all animals. I have only seen him with my dog. He is a kind man.
