Management is horrible. They value unreliable workers more compared to workers who actually do the work and more. The Upper management criticizes one person in front of others instead of pulling them aside to talk to, which is very disrespectful. The pay is unfair even if someone learns all jobs and are certified on both reach lift and picker equipment, they don't get the "differential" pay.

I've only been here twice so far but the people very friendly and unload u very quick. Just let them know rather or not u will be needing bolt cutters. They will bring out ur paperwork. Overnight parking but please DO NOT block the dock doors. No portal putty onsite. I've only delivered to doors #21-#27 of the building.

One of the good ones. Always nice picking up from this place. They have multiple locations across the US and if I could get a dedicated with them life would be great. Thank you MWI.

Terrible place sitting here since 9am it’s already 2pm trailer not even touched 13 pallets place it’s a joke!!!

I worked there and I would not recommend working there management is not good treating only certain people good and others not good at all.

Working here was stressful it started out great I can say first that management really works with you... very understanding. However, management do not communicate with one another they work against one another. they’re hiring people that are not qualified for there Position how is it that my “shift lead” is asking me how to do his job? Or asking others.. if you enjoy working 13/14 hr shifts Monday through Friday this is the perfect job especially if you have no children they eat you up with overtime so you never have to worry about trying to get more hours. Youdo have the employees playing the manager role which causes conflict. A few of the managers do not know how to talk to people and are very rude. I feel like Mwi could go further if it gained structure and proper communication. I would cautiously recommend this job to others
