Phenomenal staff. Dr. Stone was great and her staff was friendly as well. Lobby full of people and the wait times were very reasonable considering only a very small crew handles every patient that comes in and out while they are open. They were able to get my 5 week old kitten fixed up and on the road to recovery quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Always remember when dealing with emergency, the longer you wait, the more stable your pet is. The people that go ahead of you with their pets are far more urgent than yours! Treat your vet staff with kindness and appreciation, reward them with goodies. They deserve it! Thank you guys for all of your hard work, from one tech to another. ♥️

I am so grateful for this emergency vet! I won't post the pictures of my fur baby full body due to being graphic. The staff was wonderful and explained everything in great detail and answered most of my questions without asking! Lobby was full of other fur babies, yet their wait times we're definitely reasonable!! My cat had to go into surgery, and she was in and out within 2 hours, including surgery time, which was a while. They saved my baby at a reasonable price as well! They deserve more money or donations! Thank you, guys, for helping my baby and everyone else's! She's sound asleep at home, with her onesie om and cone on (:

This place is absolutely amazing. The day we moved to Spring Hill our little girl Oakley broke her leg. Because we didn't have a vet yet we followed up weekly here over the last 7 weeks. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely amazing. They were sooo kind to both me and Oakley. I always felt comfortable and knew Oakley was getting the best treatment. Honestly if they could be my every day vet I'd choose them. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

Thank you so much. I've had meme since she was a kitten, 16 years now. I brought her in do to a battle with fleas she became lethargic a problem that I never had before with her but the fleas are bad in Florida it's never ending. I've been struggling financially just like the rest of us but they helped her without question. She is feeling better and eating again. If anyone can donate to these kind people please do so they definitely deserve it

The staff here are amazing and kind. They helped our family through a really hard emergency last night and I am so glad this is the place that we chose to go to. They rushed or dog in and immediately did everything they could do to help him and treated my family with a lot of respect and understanding through the whole process of euthanization. We will absolutely return to this vet in the future with any other pet emergencies that ever arise in our family and highly recommend them.

Our dogs like to need their vet visits on weekends, holidays, and overnight (never during regular business hours), so we've paid this clinic a few visits over the years. They are always kind, patient, and thorough, and take great care of our dogs. There's often a lengthy wait to be seen, but we're grateful for that - you don't want to be the owner whose dog gets seen first at an emergency clinic.
