The staff was very informative! I brought my daughter to meet some snakes for the first time after she said she wanted to get one. They were so patient and let her interact with several pythons safely. When the time comes for us to purchase a snake, we're definitely purchasing from here. Animals are well cared for and healthy.

We shopped around quite a bit for a tortoise and had lots of questions as this was our first time getting one. When we found this place and spoke with Chad we knew that this was where we wanted to make our purchase. All of our questions were answered in very much detail which made us extremely comfortable bringing our new pet home. We will definitely be back for any and all things regarding our new red footed tortoise and any future reptiles. Highly recommend!

First time here. Saw a sign from 421 heading towards Greensboro. Stopped back on our way home to WS. Love this place. It is small though. The owners/family are very nice! The zoo in the back was fun to walk through. We even got to hold an alligator and feed a tortoise. Can't wait to go back!

The educational benefit of this establishment is phenomenal! My daughter loves reptiles and was happy for days. The reptile zoo has a large and diverse collection of clean and well-kept animals of many types. We felt very safe and the animals were very secure. Also, everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and treated us like friends, not customers. I'm sure we'll visit again soon. They are also reptile medical staff. You should not hesitate if you need medical assistance for your reptile. They would be in good hands!

They're really nice and seem very experienced. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I really loved the vipers. I've never gotten to see one in person. They have a large variety of interesting snakes, turtles and lizards. They also sell some pet supplies and were very helpful and friendly with the customers that came in.

If you’re passing by on a road trip or live in the town, this is worth a stop. It’s also most definitely worth the $5 admission to look at their zoo. All the cages are plenty large and animals look all look healthy. The reptiles all looked calm, most not even bothering to hide. The enclosures are naturalist as they can be and they even have a venomous room in the back, which was my favorite part. You can tell a lot of love went into this store, and a lot of time and money goes into maintaining it. Passion is the best teacher, and these people are the perfect example of that.
