We haved been bringing our Golden Calli here for several years and we love them. We board her there was well when we need to be away. We met with them yesterday to discuss quality of life for our sweet girl and Dr. Barry and the nurse working with him were so helpful and kind at this very hard time. Kristen has also been very sweet and kind. Thankful for these guys!

We recently brought our pup out to meet Dr. Gallaher. The experience here from our lest vet was night and day. The Dr. spent almost an hour with us and gave our pup (who is believed to have hip dysplasia or a knee issue; an X-RAY will soon tell) a thorough examination, even taking him for a walk to watch how the dogs footing was and which leg he favored weight on. We have a husky/rotty mix, who our old vet made us muzzle prior to entering the building. Caitlyn and Dr. Gallaher gave our dog some string cheese and gave time to warm up to him, etc. displaying more care than we’d ever seen before. I only had to muzzle him out of precaution when he was receiving blood work and a shot for pain. Their prices were also amazing in comparison to where we had been going. I wish I’d gone here sooner as I grew up in Kernersville and my mother took all of our family pets here growing up. Every staff member we encountered were both professional and quite honestly, just overall friendly and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend! Thank you, Hopkins Animal Hospital! :)😎😀🍾🍾🍾🍾

Dr. Barry Parks and his team are amazing with my little buddy. This place is clean and welcoming. I could not be happier to have them take care of my best pal. He loves Dr. Parks and the girls!

I am incredibly impressed by Hopkins Road Animal Hospital. They came highly recommended! My Pomeranians received top notch care. Staff are polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

I would warn anyone against boarding an elderly dog with Hopkins Road Animal Hospital. Last week we picked up our elderly dog Gracie and two days later she had to be euthanized. When we picked Gracie up, she was basically in a catatonic state. The tech handed her to us with no comment and gave us a blank and unempathetic stare. After getting into the car it was apparent that something severe was wrong. I eventually spoke with two vets at this location during the whole ordeal. The first vet suggested sleep would improve her condition. On the next day I spoke with another vet who brushed me off and actually tried to place some blame on me. Overall, I’m shocked and disappointed that Hopkins Road was unable to determine that our dog was in a dire state during the boarding process and at least communicate this with us or provide Gracie with the necessary care. During the entire boarding process we didn’t hear a word (including when we picked her up). I had to reach out to them on all occasions. No one (including the vets) took the time to follow up on Gracie’s condition. This was even after I alerted them to the problem and that she may not survive. All I hope is that this review provides a warning so that other families don't have to undergo the same traumatic events that we had to endure. These animals are family and I never got the sense that Hopkins Road treated our Gracie with the love and care she deserved

My new puppy unexpectedly came to us with Sarcoptic Mange.🥲 I have been so heartbroken for him. I have cried some serious tears, watching him suffer, and the former vet not doing more to help Him . Although I was on their waiting list, I called and I prayed Hopkins Road would let me come in this morning and God Provided! Thanks to Dr Ashley my babies going to get better!!!🙌🏻 Finally some medicine and relief!! The veterinarians are just amazing😇🙌🏻!! I am so thankful to Hopkins Road Animal Hospital for squeezing me in because they cared!!!! They cared for three of my pets, beginning to end with the upmost compassion years ago. Now I have a new fur baby and I am so very thankful to them And I will never go anywhere else! I'd also like to add that the staff I met today were absolutely wonderful as well!
