Workers were nice. However i purchased a guinea pig 14 days ago and now he has ringworm. the vet told us he has had it for a while and that it was just asymptomatic. This poor guinea pig. please make sure your workers are taking proper care of live animals.
Waited in fish dept. for 5 min., which is normal (never enough staffing). An employee told me they had to deliver a mobile order & would be right back to help me. I waited another 5 min., walked to the front & saw the same employee checking out customers. I reminded her she said she would help me. Her response was I would have to wait until she finished checking people out. None of these people were in line when I walked in the store. I left & won't be returning.
My experience with placing an online order at this location was disappointing. Despite having a designated pick-up area, there was no staff present to assist customers. This resulted in standing in line at the checkout counter, negating the convenience of online ordering. I believe if employees notice customers waiting for online pick-ups, they should acknowledge them and provide assistance. Or have a button that customers can push when they are waiting in the pick up line to alert staff. Furthermore, my order was not ready even after waiting for more than two hours for the order to be completed, with no confirmation email to indicate its readiness. This lack of communication and delayed fulfillment defeated the purpose of using the online pick-up service, which is meant to save time and effort for customers. Although the staff member who eventually helped me was polite and apologized, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
Have gone many times and asked for a coin and was able to use the carts fine, but today was told by a red haired employee that I was able to get change or basically don’t get the cart which is fine and wouldn’t have bothered me had that same employee not have given a quarter to the next person that asked them which felt like it was done out of spite and I don’t want to insinuate anything but I’m of Hispanic decent and the one that got the quarter was a white man no hate to him. But felt petty
I was driving to 24-hour fitness, not PetSmart. When I was witness, a plot hostile incident revolved around PetSmart. Removed myself from the scene and went swimming in 30° water in a lap pool. It was cold, but I recovered from it, leaving feeling much healthier with less body soreness. Ya🥵
Called the fish department and specifically asked if they had otocinclus in stock because I was not able to locate them anywhere and was told by a lady on the phone yes, drove all the way from Livermore to get there and be told they don’t, this store always has issues I don’t know why I keep coming back, this was my last straw, if you need something you better might as well just go in and check for yourself because they don’t know how to do their job,
