The store was short staffed today and only had 2 people working but they were real friendly and made sure i had a clean tub and plenty of treats, they also provided a water proof collar. Usually the vanilla shampoo is out at other locations but there was plenty here. Got her looking nice and clean. Thank you staff!

I love Pet Food Express and this location again gave me a great and easy shopping experience. Happy to have what feels like a neighborhood store around to help me get some goods for the cats. I also really like the buy 3 get the 4th free deal, it keeps me coming back again and again.

Good, except we were told if we bought 4 baths, and the 5th would be free, but then it changed to buy 3 get 4th free. Other than that cant beat it. Wish they offered a similiar service for the pet owners too, but people always have cared more about peoples pets than other people themselves.

5/5 staff. 5/5 facilities. It was my first time bathing my dog here and the instructions were clear cut. I like that they have towels and treats prepared for you and you can use a disposable apron as well! I also forgot a waterproof collar for my dog, but they have some to loan while you bathe your dog. That was much appreciated! And to top it off, they let my pup have an additional free treat. Excited to come back here. They also have a deal going which is buy 3 get one free. Each individual bath is $18. So I ended up paying $54 for 4 baths. And if I remember correctly, each bath session is about 20 minutes. They give you tokens to put in the bath machine and from there it basically operates like a DIY car wash station. You have 3 different shampoo modes, rinse mode, and then the air blower mode.

I bring my girl here every two weeks for a bath. The people here are so friendly and they love my dog! (I'm sure they love everyone's dog!)
