They were so very friendly. Everybody has been very good on staying up on top of everything. The apartment place is very nice. They keep up with their maintenance and everything. They are work with you with pet deposit. They work with you on everything that you ask them they work with you they’re very very, very sweet people

We had to surrender our dog, and we are grateful that Paws Ranch Rescue was available for us. They were truly a prayer answered.

Wasn't real happy with what happened with my situation, but will never give an animal rescue a bad review especially one on the Southside of San Antonio and what they do for the poor animals that are continuing discarded by irresponsible low lifes.

As with a previews review. They have good intentions just not enough funds to run their program. I tried to send a pup that a rescue ultimately dumped on me after saving him,fully sponsored. But they wanted 1500 upfront. Seeing that they had previously requested 200 from somebody else it is as if they charge whatever their needs are at the moment. They stopped answering my emails after I said in did not have that kind of money on hand. They finally answered only after I offered to have a contract with payment plan.

Very disappointed with my experience with sanctuary. I had high expectations with these reviews. I had applied to adopt a very beautiful kitten and was accepted shortly after completing the application. I called to follow up and about the application and schedule a time to pick up the kitten. I was told the kitten was not yet at the proper weight to be spayed but once she was, she would then be spayed and ready to be adopted. I was excited to know she was mine! I called again a day later to be told she was already adopted. My girlfriend and I were destroyed. The entire process I was under the impression she was already reserved with the application and speaking to members of this sanctuary. After the fact I was told how the hold process works and had I known with the initial phone call, I would have paid quadruple the asking price. I really wanted this kitten and grew very attached. Thank you for taking the time to read this review and I hope your company learns something from this. I know I did.
