Description Dr. Martha Hatchett, licensed PA veterinarian and owner of West Valley Animal Hospital, has been providing full service veterinary care to families in the Lehigh Valley area for over twenty years. Located at the western edge of Allentown, West Valley Animal Hospital is a small, friendly practice that strives to give personal attention to you and your pets in a calm, stress-free environment. We provide care for your cat, dog, rabbit, ferret, guinea pig or pocket pet. We begin with a comprehensive, thorough physical examination. We allot plenty of time to address your questions and concerns regarding any aspect of your pet's health including preventative care, diagnostic testing, treatment, and dental and surgical services.

The main Vet doctor is amazing. She takes good care of my bunnies. She's so sweet and caring. She really knows what she's doing and truly enjoys it. She makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. My male bunny Roc had passed and they did an amazing job with the cremation package.

Well I have been told by 3 vets my cat needed teeth out, and was told to go to KOP area for specialist! My cat doesnt like car ride at length! Also, the reviews weren’t great! I did a lot of research and found West Valley Veterinarian. Was easy to get an appointment, and staff super friendly and professional. But I will say Dr. Hachett was a breath of fresh air , she spent a lot of time discussing everything. We decided that she would take care of our cat… we are super happy we choose her and staff to care for our baby! His surgery was yesterday and you would never know that anything was done. He is progressing well! Thank you

I knew Dr. Hernandez from her previous life at Macungie Veterinary Clinic. She’s right down the road from my home and I’m thrilled. And what I’m really happy about is it’s not a revolving door of veterinarians. I can schedule my pets with her without any issues.

It can be a challenge finding a veterinarian that truly cares about, and understands rabbits. Karen and Dr. Hatchett were absolutely incredible. They were both so gentle and kind to my Leonardo. Dr. Hatchett listened to my concerns and what I had to say, and after her exam, provided a comprehensive summary of her findings and possible routes to take. I left this practice feeling confident in the care my rabbit received. My rabbits are truly precious to me and to see them receiving proper care and attention meant the world to me. The office was so clean and the staff were all so sweet, despite it being late on a Thursday. I can't say enough positive things about this place. THANK YOU for treating our beloved pets like family. It means more than you know! Dr. Hatchett, you are wonderful! And Karen, thank you for being so patient and sweet to my boy. ❤️ I will most certainly be back and will be happy bringing my other two "kids" here!

Very friendly staff. Everyone has been helpful, we got out male neutered here along with his microchip and rabies shots. It's been a year of their service and I can't complain one bit.

I strongly recommend this clinic. The nurses and Dr. Hatchett are all very caring. They are meticulous in their procedures and examinations. They are also very transparent about the charges and costs of the treatment.
