Called about a cat who was under a grate in the city. The guy said that it was probably a cat that just lived down there an that it wasn't an emergency he said "stray cats have a 2 yr life span they die all the time" even mentioned they get hit by cars. Either way he was very rude didn't seem to care that the cat might have fallen into through the grate into the sewage system. Even if it is a feral/stray cat why are we okay having cats in our cities sewage system..... it was a very unpleasant experience and extremely disappointing.
