NOT AFFORDABLE. today was my final straw. They have two offices but don't be fooled by their name "affordable animal hospital" my dogs have been seen at both clinics which has the same vet. They do not discuss costs before administering medications or any sort of tests , then surprise charge you before you leave. I was charged 120 dollars more than than my quote they gave me over the phone. I couldn't even. Afford the diuretics prescription for my dog, which was the only reason why I went. She's been on the medication for years but they wouldn't give it to her unless she had a bunch of tests and blood work don't. Came out to 428 dollars. I only needed the prescription.

The staff at westgate are professional courteous and listen to the customer's needs. Dr. Walli It is patient and very considerate. He and his staff managed my dog's end of life perfectly. I truly appreciate their professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be bringing my pets to him in the future for sure.

Terrible customer service with this so called Dr. Walia. He will not listen to what your concerns are. He cropped my dogs ears and kept saying they look even . Then he agreed to them being uneven , but for him you can’t really tell only if you look at them. How can I not look at her she’s my dog. He proceeded to say he dosnt like working with “people like me”. Not sure exactly what he ment? You mean you only like patients, who are submissive and won’t react to the poorly job you have done? I have recorded our conversations because of how rude he is and won’t let you speak. I did take her back to get it fixed and all he kept saying is “if I cut her ears you’re not going to be happy it could end up shorter than the other”. He said this at least 5 times. well that’s very reassuring you obviously shouldn’t be cropping ears if you’re not comfortable with it. Left my puppy , but then went to get her before he botched her again. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake we did. These others reviews on cropping ears are very accurate make sure you read them all🫣 We will look for a different place to fix her ears and will absolutely never refer anyone here and will be exposing them on other social media’s because “people like me” will post on TikTok where the word travels a lot quicker. To bad I didn’t record him rolling his eyes at me like a child who dosnt like to hear when they are in the wrong.

they won't sell the bravecto anymore unless a recent checkup (idk if anyone else had this issue), but I haven't brought my dog in a year now, and I was always able to buy it. Kinda disappointed about that. Dr. Walia also didn't treat my dog with much respect when visiting, nor cared about me or my parents' concerns, and brushed us off completely. Not coming back

This dr has no clue what he’s doing! Miss diagnosed our cat, gave him meds with no diagnosis at all after he said oh no he doesn’t have a bladder blockage. We got no answers at all just got a bill for $900!!! They wanted to charge $1200 FOR NOTHING!!! This guy needs to be shut down! He is careless and has no clue what he’s doing! Now we are at another vet that is helping our cat!!

I brought my doberman for a ear cropping, yes I know. But when I got him back, I was a little concerned. The base was glued to his head and and tape around his ears came off way too fast. The base glue ripped his fur off and caused scabs. It looks like it caused an infection and they did not give me any aftercare instructions. Just instructions about the meds. And there was so much tape residue and it looked like a rushed job. The cuts looked choppy and not clean. I had to do a lot of the cleaning myself when i believe the vet should have job a better job. I had to go to another vet to get the stitches out because I didn't really want them to do anything else to my dog. Not a great experience. I was very concerned and will not be going back.
