On a Saturday night, 10pm, right after a major holiday, I found what I thought was a baby rattlesnake and called and texted pictures to 5 different snake/wildlife removal companies. Only ONE replied - Sarah! She replied promptly and was able to put me at ease after identifying the snake as a harmless garter snake. She seems to really know her snakes but even more impressive was that she replied when none of the others did. If I ever need a snake removal service in the future, I will definitely call her first. Sarah was great when she came to our home yesterday afternoon to remove a snake that was hiding in our front yard water meter. We were having a family gathering when we noticed the snake. It was a huge garter snake, that was stuck in the meter hole. She had a great response time from when we first reached out. Yesterday, my brother was getting out of his car and almost got bit by a rattlesnake. As you can imagine, this experience was very traumatizing as we have never been so close to a snake before. We texted Sarah and she came to our house to perform a thorough snake inspection. She checked around our entire house and garage, and even inspected areas around my neighbor's houses, as well. Although she was unable to locate the snake (she went above and beyond to find it), she did find the hole in our driveway where the snake probably came from. She offered helpful suggestions on how to keep snakes out of our yard for future reference. We are still shaken up by this experience, but Sarah gave us a positive peace of mind that will help us to prevent snakes from showing up around our house. Of course, if we ever encounter another snake (we certainly hope not), we will definitely call Sarah for its removal!

Wow!!! I texted at 9pm and got an immediate response by someone super knowledgeable and they identified the snake we have which is actually safe to be around children and small pets.
