Ran in to see if they had antivenin for my Standard Poodle who had been bit by a copperhead. The staff was so friendly and forthcoming each step of the way. They took a pic from the procedure room of Brick getting belly rubs while I was waiting on blood test in the exam room which eased my mind in the waiting! Overall a great experience in a bit of a stressful situation. I would highly recommend!

I had a consultation on Thursday July 18th with Dr. Ben Bayer, and his tech Susie took care of us as well. My cat recently was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and his vet immediately said surgery was the only option. I was greeted by the extremely kind front desk staff who were so friendly & talkative! Susie brought us back almost immediately and got all the information necessary. I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Ben Bayer came in and discussed different options with us- I appreciated his expertise and how he didn’t immediately want to jump to surgery. My kitty is pretty young, so I was happy to get another opinion that supported other options first. He wanted to find the underlying issue. Again, he was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain details and even draw pictures for us to understand better. He didn’t rush the consultation- even though he didn’t think we needed to be there just yet. Thank you to everyone in this office for taking care of my kitty❤️

I absolutely love this place and all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and I love how they engage with my dog. It’s not just another day at the office, you can see and feel the passion. My boy Arlo came in for ACL surgery and they take the time to explain the entire process. I wish they were a regular vet office for the day to day stuff.

If you have an emergency with your pets or they need surgery, and you really love them. Here is the best place, EVERYONE has excellent, kind attitude, service and knowledge. Me and my family have to thank everybody in here, they save one our babies life. The surgery was a success too. Thank you again all veterinarians, assistants, technicians, front desk etc.. (I would have to mention everyone) THANK YOU !!!

It’s unexpected death 🙏 I appreciate the time but I don’t agree of Hospital recommendation and way of treatment :( Twixy is my sister Joy dog died today and he is like a family to us. My sister told me when he visit Twixy at the Hospital he has blood on his nose and they don’t clean it when they put a feeding tube and they just clean it when she saw it. I believed Twixy deserved a gentle care. He is the most harmless loving dog. It hard to believed what happen to him in a sudden he got wicked and in few days he died after bringing to Hospital. Sad to believed that he died today and just saw him last night resting in bed, he even walk in a door to go outside to pee. When he see you me and other family he wiggles.. He will be missed deeply 🙏🙏🙏 What ever happened to Twixy I believed only God knows ✝️ and God never sleep. I hope won’t happen to any dog what happened to Twixy.

John the anesthesiologist at the specialty center was absolutely amazing. He made what was originally a scary experience a pleasant and easy going time. He was funny and light hearted and very knowledgeable and was with us through the whole surgical experience and answered all our questions. Truly recommend this vet office as everything was very simple and explained thoroughly and thoughtfully. Dr. Bayer was very thorough as well and answered all questions we had and really took the time to explain everything going on. Very kind people work here and I couldn't recommend them more!
