Having an anxious/fearful dog can make going to the vet a very difficult and stressful experience... for us both! I am incredibly impressed with how the Franklin Farm Vet Clinic supported our fearful girl and how well she did with that support! While she is frequently barky, anxious and avoidant of strangers and uncomfortable in new environments, you would have thought that she was best friends with everyone on the staff from the moment that she walked in. It truly has taken such a weight off of our shoulders to have found such a patient and wonderful team that is able to support our fearful dog in the way that she needs and has made going to the vet a much more pleasant experience for my husband and I! Truly, thank you so so much for all you do!!

Great Vet, great back of the house staff; very professional and helpful as far as the medical side of the business goes. Very unfriendly front desk people though. You don’t feel welcomed from the front desk at all. It’s almost like you’re bothering them with your presence, or stole their lunch money.

The staff are so patient, kind, and helpful at every stage (female owned and operated too!!). They check in after procedures to check on our sweet pup. I feel like we get more check ins than traditional doctors do, and we always appreciate the extra step Franklin Farm Vet takes every single time. Highly recommend!

Too bad I can't rate this place with more than 5 stars. Dr Phillips and her team are absolutely amazing. Today I called first time in the morning and someone from the staff took my call and listened to all my concerns. After a couple hours Dr Phillips personally called me back listened to the whole story and a came up with a plan specifically tailored for my dog :D. Please do not hesitate about going to this clinic, I can't recommend it enough!

The team at Franklin Farm Vet is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They make you and your pets feel comfortable. They explain everything beforehand and are extremely gentle with your babies who often feel scared and anxious. They are very calm and patient which makes your animals feel safe and more relaxed.
