Our 12-year-old lab, Levi, was under the weather, and our regular vet could not see him for a week. I reached out to the BRAC, and they were able to work him into the same-day schedule. Dr. Barr and her vet tech were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Levi is on the mend, and we look forward to revisiting the clinic soon for a recheck. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Rice and Cheyenne were both awesome! All of the nurses we encountered were great but Cheyenne mostly worked with us and was so super sweet to our sick puppy. We were grateful for the Clinic for seeing our puppy during an urgent visit. Everyone was throughout and treated us with great respect and care for our family. Dr. Rice was so kind and good with our dog. She gave him Cheerios and lots of pets. This was his first time at a clinic and it was a great first time! He is doing so much better now!!! Thank you for helping him! The clinic is super cute too and I was grateful for the free coffee!

One of our dogs is seen by BRCA and we’ve (sadly) had two put to sleep at BRCA, and a third cremated after a sudden and unexpected passing. Overall, the staff is professional and kind. The space is clean. The prices are fair. I’d recommend BRCA based on that. The rest of this review is mostly a rave review for Dr. Neumann, who we’ve never encountered a vet like. The dog we take to see Dr. Neumann is deaf and has a lot of inexplicable anxieties, one of which is going to the vet. He’s failed several vets as extremely reactive, but Dr. Neumann (and a perfect cocktail of sedatives and a muzzle) was incredible with him, learning how to work with our dog and get him appropriately checked and treated. We have sadly had three pet deaths involve BRCA. Every single encounter has been handled with the utmost professionalism and respect. We recently had to say goodbye to our adored shihpoo, and happenstanced to receive Dr. Neumann’s care. On an impossibly hard day, he was kind, and so thoughtful of space while somehow also being attentive to us. He held the best possible space during a very hard time. It was seen, felt and appreciated. Thank you.

I had my first visit at BRAC today, and I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. My little Binx had a rough night, and they were very sweet and comforting to him while he was getting checked out. Dr. Barr was able to see Binx quickly this morning when I made an emergency call, and was friendly and seemed to run through all the possibilities that would be wrong with my dog. The nurse was also very nice, she walked our food out to my car, which is great customer service.

It absolutely is impossible to give high enough stars for this clinic. Doctor Neumann and his staff are AMAZING! If I moved 1,000 miles away, I would still bring my cats here. Slurpee and I thank you!

They always provide excellent care, and they’re always very accommodating. The staff is so sweet to my cat and myself anytime we come in. I know I can trust them with my pet’s health!
