Northside Paws helped us say goodbye to our sweet little old man yesterday. It was a tough choice but they made it so easy. They are compassionate, kind and fairly priced. We knew they really cared about the well-being of our friend and not about profit. I will never go to another vet in Indy. Thank you for your help ❤️

I am so grateful for the Northside Paws team and Dr. Frank. I have taken both of my cats there and each time have been so impressed. I love that they have a room specifically for cats, which my cat had a great time exploring. She is sometimes a little nervous at the vet, but I know having a welcoming space makes all the difference. Dr. Frank and her team are so knowledgeable and caring and I feel so good knowing they are looking after my pets. They do their best to get to patients quickly, diagnose the issue, and come up with a care plan. They are in a great location and have a fun, and clean facility. After my kitten was in the vet ER for the weekend, they continued to check on him through the week and let me know I could bring him in at anytime for further care/monitoring. I appreciate that they are as worried about my cats as I am! I will definitely continue to take my pets there and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

A neighbor who is a veterinarian referred us to Northside Paws for a new rescue pup Maggie and I wasn't sure how she would be due to reactivity towards new people. The staff were wonderful with Maggie and Dr Frank was awesome, they spent a lot of time with us and discussed all my concerns about her health and behavior. We were looking for a new vet after our beloved long time veterinarian Dr Murphy retired and moved away from Indy last year. Very happy and impressed with their service and genuine care for our girl Maggie! ❤️🐾

I cannot sing enough praises about Dr. Frank and her staff! I have 2 dogs, one is a senior and the other is almost 4. We also had a senior cat that they were SO compassionate about as we entered into palliative care with her. They have always been honest and open with us with what our options for treatment are and are in no way pushy about doing any procedures. They're realistic and they're supportive of our decisions. Not to mention, my boys love seeing everyone there!

What a wonderful experience! My dog, Bentley, is a rescue and is very timid. The staff at Northside Paws Veterinary Care were patient and loving to Bentley. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience, turned out to be "not so bad." Thank you so much for taking care of Bentley and making sure that he was comfortable. It's exactly what he needed! We will be visiting soon!

We started bringing our Labrador Buddy to Northside Paws a little over a year ago after moving to the area. I can honestly say this place has the best staff we have ever experienced by far. Every person we interacted with was professional, patient, kind, and genuinely cared about our boy. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to him unexpectedly about a month ago (we believe a fast and aggressive cancer took hold). Dr. Frank and her staff went above and beyond to help Buddy pass peacefully, as well as support my husband and I during the process. A few of the staff came into the room to say goodbye to him and tell him what a good boy he was one more time. Before we even arrived someone had put a soft blanket down in the exam room. We never felt rushed even though there must have been other patients, and we were slotted in for an emergency appointment. They sent us a condolence card as well with handwritten notes from everyone. I just can't express how moved we were by the genuine care of every single person working there that day, and we're forever grateful that Buddy's last moments were peaceful and filled with love. I don't think we'll be ready for another pup for a while, but when we are we will be taking them here without a doubt.
