Dr.Robb is awesome. After going to a larger vet office for years, it was nice to switch to a smaller, more personal , vet office. I didn't feel rushed at all and he listened to all my concerns. He got us right in for a urgent appointment, and stayed after hours to make sure we were seen. Definitely recommended Dr.Robb and his staff.

I went to Dr. Robb’s about a week and a half ago for a medical concern with my 12 year old dog. My family had been with them for the past ten years to get our pets vaccinated. I had called the emergency veterinary office and a couple of other local vets in the area, but decided to stick with Dr. Robb based on his reviews and his staff’s genuine care for my dog over the phone. They were nice enough to squeeze me in between appointments and we were seen within 30 minutes that day. The office manager, Amanda, was very understanding and compassionate towards my puppy and I and our situation, even going as far enough to check her out in the waiting room. Things took a turn when we were seen by Dr. Robb. Despite their numerous positive reviews, my family and I were met with nothing but passive aggressiveness and condescending remarks. He will say the damndest things with a gentle voice to ease the blow. There were many financial concerns, as well as communication complications that elongated the process by about an hour altogether to figure out if we could afford the suspected surgery needed, which was based on suspicion since there were no diagnostic tests performed yet. We ultimately decided that it was ‘best’ to put my dog down after 12 long, love-filled years. Dr. Robb was much more concerned about overtime payment for his staff than my dog dying. Every conversation had with him was about payment and passive aggressive remarks about his staff, despite my family and I grieving over our dog. Once my dog passes, he tells us “We wish pets could live as long as humans could, but God didn’t make it that way” before leaving. He even went as far as taking a phone call from his daughter while my dog was laying there, post-euthanasia, to tell her he was “going to switch the laundry in five minutes”, before rushing us out to go home. I’d like to add that I personally took Dr. Robb out of the exam room to apologize for our delay and late-stay, hoping this would make him a bit more compassionate, as the reviews raved. I was dismissed with yep’s and more payment talk. I came in today to pick up the ashes, and I decided to take the opportunity to speak to him about the situation. All he could say was how he was “sorry I felt that way”, and went as far as calling me a victim. He also made a point to mention how he “has a high reputation for his compassion”. I was robbed of my experience with my dog passing, and I will never be recommending or going back to Dr. Robb’s establishment ever again.

Most caring doctor. He knows his craft exceedingly well. On my first day, I came in rather flustered in regards to my pup. And the staff was exceedingly patient with me. Thank you, Doctor Rob, and your staff for the care you've given this family. Thank you so much!!!!!

Dr Robb dropped my newborn french bull dog off the high exam table. He didn't even apologize, he was more concerned with customers hearing us scream! He can’t give the rabies vaccine since he lost his license and his staff is constantly quitting.

I am giving this 5star review based on just 2 phone calls I had with Dr. Robb and his team over a 5yr span for our lol guy Enzo the lilac Boston terrier. He has guided me through his puppy year and now our guy will need surgery typical to BOAS bred animals and we are opting for none other than Dr. Robb. We live all the way in Canada 🇨🇦..heres to hoping we can get him over that way to finally see/meet dr. Robb and the crew.🙌🏽 I found him back on 2019 on a you tube post and I knew jusy from hearing that interview that this man is has extreme passion for proper veterinary care..the kind that heals not steals!! Thanks so much for all that you and your team do. 🫶🏽
