As a property, this place is a gem, a really gorgeous and rugged piece of land, which is definitely worth five stars. A perfect place for quiet contemplation in a natural setting. Three stars because the folks who own this place have plans to develop the heck out of it. So enjoy this peaceful, unspolied nature while it lasts! It won't be around for long!
