Had Jim Lucas come to my house to determine why squirrels were getting. He discovered that 46 vents under the roof did not have screens as they were supposed to. I asked him for a proposal which included the work and cost to remove the squirrels from my walls and ceilings, and to describe the work the would be needed to repair the damage the squirrels had already done. Jim did the former but not the latter. His proposal also said nothing about what the problem was, which I needed for insurance purposes. After emailing and calling the company multiple times over a period of three months, I have gotten no response other than that they "are busy". Too busy to include a few obviously-needed sentences in their proposal; and too busy to respond to emails and calls for three months. Very unprofessional and unresponsive company in my experience. I will look elsewhere.

Jim came over to my house and rescued a bat that was in my guest room. He responded within hours of my initial call, was polite and respectful of my belongings, and was compassionate toward the trapped bat. He gently carried the bat outside and placed it on a tree where it then vigorously flew away. I couldn't have asked for a more professional house call, and he is now my go-to for any creature issues that may arise.
