"This animal shelter is truly wonderful. The staff and volunteers are deeply dedicated, caring for animals with both compassion and kindness. They go above and beyond to ensure each animal's physical and emotional well-being, creating a safe and loving space. It’s clear they’re making a difference every day!"

Extremely nice people! Please be kind to them, the animals are stressed and they are doing the best that they can. Animals are clean, cages and kennels are clean, and they even have some dog runs for bigger dogs that lead outside. Really lovely people. Bring your own leash and collars to bring home your new best friend! Have an open mind and an open heart. Good luck on finding your furever pal, they have a lot of great ones there.

If it wasn’t for the Johnathan I wouldn’t know what to do. I found 2 dogs running around in the street with no fear of cars so I put them in my car and took them here. Ladies were awful. They weren’t kind or respectful and I hurt for anyone to have to surrender their pet. They had no cares. No hello, smile, greeting, guidance or anything. Yes I filled out the paperwork and wondered why so I decided to leave. Instead of advising why it was needed she started yelling at me, called security and cops with 4 women recording me. The women were yelling at me telling me I am going to jail. I said what law am I breaking? 2 older women kept yelling saying I’m abandoning the dogs I asked what law was I breaking and she said don’t worry she’s gonna have the officer. They video recorded me and took all kinds of pic. Johnathan came outside and without hesitation was kind I had no problem providing my info. Awful service otherwise

Saturday, March 30 my boyfriend and I adopted a three month old puppy from this location. Ever since we got him he’s been doing OK but we noticed that he was a bit lethargic and that he Was having diarrhea and vomiting. It didn’t happen too often for concerned, and we just assumed that it was due to having a new puppy and introducing him to a new diet. We noticed that he was consistently thirsty, and his diarrhea never cleared up. We were positive that nothing was wrong with him, because we did have paperwork of him having his necessary vaccines and medical checks. On Sunday, we decided to read the paperwork of all of his health records and noticed that he was diagnosed with upper respiratory Disease that he was supposed to still be receiving treatment for! After recognizing that this Humane Society were not properly taken care of their dogs and going over records to make sure that they are up-to-date and finished with necessary medication. I lost all respect and hope that our dog was OK. We took him to a veterinary clinic outside of the free ones that they Advertised to us. Veterinarian was able to tell us that he tested positive for Parvovirus. I can’t believe that I just received a positive Parvo puppy from a Humane Society. This is the type of thing I would expect from a puppy mill. We hope that we caught the illness early! We still love our dog and we’re thankful that we have him but this is absolutely careless and I advise caution to anyone who’s looking to adopt a new family member from the Humane Society. Unfortunately, they are closed on Mondays and I’m not able to reach out to them yet but I will be tomorrow. Before you were done with the adoption process, make sure that the Medical history, they give you is up-to-date, and that they have completed all the necessary procedures that they should have listed on the paper! We Pray that our new puppy is OK and I will be updating this review in the future. Update #1 We were not able to receive reimbursement and were told that we have to accept what comes with happens with a puppy. Basically, “you’re alone and it’s your fault that you were lead to believe the dog was healthy.“ We’ve created a gofundme to assist in our puppy’s medical bills. Please consider supporting us. https://gofund.me/7e5e3ad3
