Good staff I had an emergency with my bulldog they didn't have a open appointment time but they were able to get my bulldog in to see the Vet

Buena Vista is the only vet my son and I will use, because they are not out just for the money. Sometimes you only need to ask common sense questions and they understand that. We have had other vets run up huge nonsense bills, then hold your pet for ransom when a bill could be paid out. I always refer Dr. Burkette to my friends and family.

Very friendly front desk staff. The vet is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I brought my Pug for a dental cleaning and did an awesome job. There are no complications in post recovery. I would recommend to family and friends.

They have taken care of both of our cats, Clovis and Brownie since they were kittens. Dr. Burkett and his staff are the best. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was calling many vets before I called buena vista animal clinic to check if walk in was available because my dog had an episode of seizure and it was his first time. I called in and asked them and I asked the same thing I did to other clinics and the walk in wasn't available. I was going to hang up but the staff I spoke with asked me questions of what happened to my dog and told me instructions what to do. She told me not to worry too much and keep monitoring my dog incase it does happen again. I was very scared and anxious about my dog but after calling this clinic I felt relieved. Staff I spoke with was very nice and I felt like this clinic actually was concerned and cared about my pets concern. I will make sure to bring my dog to this clinic from now on.
