East End is by far the BEST 24 hour vet hospital I've ever encountered. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend this place for your beloved pets. Thank you for taking care of Byron and genuinely caring about us. You are all wonderful and I appreciate everything you did to help him feel better.

From the moment we called with our initial concern to the moment we picked up our dog 24 hours later I felt he was in good hands. They were calm and compassionate during the emergency, and gave us multiple options to give our baby the best care without spending what we absolutely couldn’t afford. We never felt judgement and we knew our dog was safe. Luckily all was good when we followed up with our regular vet and I can’t thank east end veterinary center enough for saving our baby

My fur-baby Winston recently underwent a complicated liver shunt surgery and I can't praise this clinic and its staff enough for their exceptional care and expertise. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism from Gabriel and the rest of the reception team. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure Winston's comfort and well-being throughout his stay. They took the time to explain every step of the process in a way I could understand, answered all of our questions and alleviated any concerns we had. Dr. Larkin was phenomenal and demonstrated unparalleled skill and precision. His dedication to providing the best possible care was evident in every interaction we had. Dr. Larkin, Lori, Carliegh, Aaliyah, Nicole and Ashley treated Winston as if he were their own, showing genuine concern for his health and happiness. Their compassion and empathy is truly remarkable. They made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you again! Winston is now on the road to recovery, and we couldn't be more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary services. They are truly the gold standard in pet care.

In a time of pure panic, East End Vet Center made everything as least stressful as possible. My Charlie girl shattered her femur and broke her kneecap. She was loved and cared for so well and her surgeon, Dr Larkin, took the time to explain everything in such great detail for us. I received morning updates, check-ins, and someone always available to answer my questions. Dr. Larkin was so kind, so great with Charlie. She’s almost 2 weeks post op and healing so well. I hope we never have another emergency, but if we do, I know where to go. Thank you so much to the staff for your kindness and love during Charlie’s time!

The staff is amazing!!! Not only did hey take amazing care of my fur baby, but they made sure I was ok and calmed me down. The desk staff made the process seem less and the Vet staff showed such compassion towards my fur baby. Thank you again for being there in Sparrows time of need. She is home and feeling much better.
