I was traveling in the area and had an issue with my puppy. I asked local friends for a recommendation and Negola’s came HIGHLY recommended. When I was nervous and scared for my dog I was treated here with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The care and attention they gave to my dog was without a doubt the best any of my pets have received. Doctor Muhamed was thorough and intelligent in his diagnosis and treatment plan. They surpassed the incredibly high expectations my friend had given me and treated us like family. I could not recommend them enough.

We live in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, but had used Dr. Negola's services for our different dogs, in previous years when we lived in Maryland. Last Thursday night, we found our 14 year old female Jack Russell, Cleo, in a weakened and confused state on our dining room floor. The next morning, Cleo was even in worse shape very unstable and barely able to walk. We recognized that she was having a serious medical issue and unfortunately our local vet office in Gettysburg was closed on Friday. Taking a "long shot" we called Dr. Negola's office, explained the health emergency our dog was having and the staff there immediately understood the urgency of our issue. They worked hard to "sandwich" an appointment for our Cleo in between their existing busy schedule of appointments. We bundled Cleo up in the car and drove the 1 hour and 30+ minutes from Gettysburg to Columbia, MD. Cleo was seen by Dr. Negola less than 15 minutes after we arrived. He quickly determined that she had an abdomen full of blood and a tumor on her spleen. Shortly after that he had her in his operating room, performed major surgery to remove the ruptured tumor and her spleen, and saved her life. I can't say enough about Dr. Negola's (as well as his staff's) care, professionalism, expertise, understanding, and kindness. This is not the first time that Dr. Negola has saved the life of one of our dogs. He also saved the life of one of our labs when we lived in Maryland, and the life of a daughter's Jack Russell. My only regret is that we don't live closer to his veterinarian practice anymore. I can unequivocally recommend this veterinarian practice with no reservations.

We value the care we get at this practice for our 2 dogs and 3 cats. Attentive to individual animal needs and, if you ask questions and are vocal about wanting to be involved and informed about all stages of decision making, you will be a partner in your animals health. Great care team with our formerly skittish rescue dog. I know that our pets will be handled appropriately by all staff and that their individual quirks will be taken into consideration.

Dr.Negola and his team are absolute superstars! When our puppy needed an emergency visit they got us right in, they didn’t even hesitate. We got phone calls from Dr.Negola himself daily, to keep us updated on Nellie. I just can’t give him enough praises. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful vet right around the corner. The entire office is so friendly and personable. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you guys for giving us such a good peace of mind knowing Nellie was getting the best care while she was there the past few days.

Dr. Negola's expertise and care have improved my dog's quality of life exponentially over the past several years. I appreciate that Dr. Negola's approach centers on educating and empowering his clients. Thanks to him, I have learned how to better nurture my dog's health. My 11-year-old dog's frequent daily romps in the Carroll county countryside is due to the impeccable care he receives at Negola's Animal Care. Dr. Negola, and the incredible techs and office staff, are an unbeatable team!

Dr Negola is such a gift to our animals. His clinical judgement and ability to read our dogs is something we’ve never experienced from a vet. He has literally saved one of our dogs life from a nasty spider bite almost 3 years ago and she’s doing great to this day! We would be lost without him, and his entire staff from the veterinary technicians to the administrative front desk staff are all so great and amazing people. We are so thankful for every single one of them!!
