Loved the staff. Dr Wolf was amazing. They helped me with my friend’s senior dog and I couldn’t be more thankful. The location is clean, organized, and just adorable! They were so helpful by getting Trudy an appointment same day and gave great advice on how to keep her quality of life good during her golden years! Thanks VCA 🙏🏽

I’ve been to this location twice and both times have been absolutely amazing! First time was blood work and the second time was for some stomach/bowel issues. He saw Dr. Springer & Dr. Davis. Both Drs were amazing and were very patient with him. Everyone is so communicative and I definitely trust them with my big baby. All the staff is super friendly and wanted to give my baby boy some love and pets before we left. Definitely one of the best vets to go to. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here because they will be in great hands! I will definitely be bringing my Deez here in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my Diesel!

I’m giving 2 stars for the vets because all of them are truly wonderful with my dog. My dog just left a WELL VISIT and we were charged $555.90 for an exam and 3 vaccines. That is ludicrous, in my opinion. Not to mention we spent over $2000 a month ago for bloodwork and vaccines for a skin condition because my dog has allergies, only to be told today that the skin condition and his lethargy could be related to a “metabolic issue” that would be another $500 to test for….to say I’m less than impressed would be an understatement. Today was our last visit with VCA Columbia, we will not be returning.

Today was a strikeout for this vet. I moved to the area and chose this as I have previously been happy with VCA locations. Their prices are triple and they force you to have an exam even if you just need shots. I have always done yearly exams but they force 3-4 months. I made the appt just for shots but was refused of i didn't have an exam. Last appointment I was told I could just bring him in for shots when he was due. But they refused.

Disheartened to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up an antibiotic for my very sick cat only to be told Sorry, the doc forgot. Meanwhile I have a sick cat and two sick-to-death people nursing her at home. Needless to say, I was not impressed. I know things happen and places get busy, but come on now
