Had an excellent experience here. I love that there’s finally an urgent care for pets. Sometimes it’s difficult to get the same day or a quick appointment for your fur baby with their primary veterinarian. First, I went to say that the staff here was extremely friendly! They worked very quickly and they were so sweet and kind to Bella and every other pet that came in after us. Second, the pricing structure is very straightforward and easy to understand. It’s not expensive for the exam fee. And even the medication wasn’t ridiculously expensive. I highly recommend PetWellClinic if you are looking for somewhere new to go or if you’re unable to get in with your primary vet quickly. Very clean bright open facility. It smells great in there! There’s plenty of free parking as well.

I was very pleased with my first visit! I arrived as a walk-in, registered using their computers, and only waited for one client ahead of me on a Wednesday evening near 5pm. Dr. Megan Levin and the vet tech were wonderful with my puppy and diagnosing her eye infection. Dr. Megan was great in explaining everything she would do. I was actually surprised the cost of the visit was lower than I thought it might be. The exam visit was $25 less than the more known vet hospital nearby. I will definitely use PetWellClinic again in the future!

They were so friendly! It was so quick and easily $100 less than if I were to go to my previous vet. The front desk was inviting and the vet themselves was working at the front desk as well, that’s amazing that the doctors also know how to work in different areas. The vet was pleasant, listened, and actually helpful with suggestions. I will definitely only come here for now on!

I took my dog Rocco to the Pet Well Clinic for the first time. It was very clean, very professional, and all of the staff were quite friendly. My Rocco doesn't warm up to everyone, but he was very calm with the staff and he even accepted a rub and hug from them. I have a long history of visiting vets in both California and Maryland and have had a variety of experiences. But this was the first time a vet ever asked me about Rocco's backstory (his life before the shelter where I got him from). I was happy to tell that story! Overall, great experience, and Rocco seemed good with it!

When they say "Our clients become family", they really mean it. I am very happy to have found PetWellClinic that's located in Columbia M.D. Their walk-in concept instead of the old fashion Vet Clinic scheduling is now my preferred choice for vet visits. We can go to the clinic whenever they are open and my dog gets the attention he needs without the lengthy wait times to get him in like in the traditional vet clinics. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic, the staff is awesome, very knowledgable and they go above and beyond in making your experience and most importantly your pets experience a positive one.
