Do not go to this clinic. We called ahead of time to see if they could board our special needs cat. We explained his needs and they said no problem. We drop him off, then they call us 30 minutes later and tell us he’s going to be a problem and that the price was going to be doubled what we were told. Nevermind the fact that we were trying to leave for a cruise and had to rush to make other arrangements. We found a vets office that was competent enough to care for our cat. The woman up front was incompetent and unprofessional. She had the audacity to make us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Please avoid this place, they can’t handle people’s animals and will give misinformation.
I appreciate this clinic and all the employees who support cats and cat parents. They never make me feel bad for asking tons of questions. Their care in both medicine and boarding is excellent.
I can not say enough good about the Cat Clinic of Woodstock. I have been bringing my cats to Dr Weaver and her team of pet care professionals since we moved to this area in 2001. I was thrilled when they decided to separate into two entities to create the cat clinic. It makes a huge difference for the kitties who are already stressed from being out of their home to have a much quieter and dog free environment. They took care of my cat Midnight from age 6 until he passed away at 18 and my baby Smokie was in their care his entire life. Smokie came to us as a tiny baby who was quite ill. He had multiple issues both genetic and acquired from being born to an outside mother who was also unhealthy. When I first brought Smokie in none of us were hopeful that he would make it but that little fighter and the skill of the docs and staff got him through and even though his road was often bumpy he did live to the age of 15 which was long past any expectations for a cat with his problems. I will be forever in their debt for getting him through so much and seeing to it that his quality of life was really good right up until the end. A few months after Smokie passed away I adopted a wonderful pair of brothers from them, Sam and Dean. They had been born around the time Smokie passed away and grew up with the people at the Cat Clinic. They are so very sweet, a very bonded pair and I always felt that they were fated to be my babies, that they stayed around and waited for me to come and get them. They were 6 months old when I brought them home. If you are looking for medical care for your animals or looking to adopt I totally recommend stopping by here and getting to know the amazing staff. They do wonderful work and are really great people too.
Jack the cat is well!!!!! I adopted a very sick kitten in February. I took him to the urgent care at Cat Clinic and we began the process of figuring out what was wrong with Baby Jack and how to help him. The staff never gave up and after months of various treatments and test and one procedure, Jack the Cat is well. He is an absolutely precious kitty and I am so grateful to everyone who pitched in to save him!
Cared lovingly for our two cats while we were away for a week and a half.
It's rare to find a vet who underatands cats. And with the cat clinic, that's what you get. We've had been to vets in the past which causes my cat and I PTSD from their poor care. The clinic staff is kind and patient when you have questions and they're great at comunicating with you about your cat's well being. Environment is clean and well maintained. They keep your cat's comfort and safety as their key goal and it shows. Doctors are great! Would recommend!
