I’ve never left a vet appointment feeling confident in my cat being truly cared for like I felt with Dr. Davis. This place is definitely quality over quantity when it comes to veterinary care. Kind and helpful receptionists, knowledgeable and caring doctor and my cat was the most relaxed he has ever been at the vet. Thanks Dr. Davis and staff!

Sadly, it was time to put my dog down today and I knew it when we woke up as this had been a long time coming. I spoke to Dr. Davis on the phone a few weeks ago about what I should look for and how we should make this decision. She was understanding, took her time and advised me in a compassionate and professional manner. I called the office this morning at 8 am and they said that the had an appointment available at 9:30 am and I accepted. The reception staff was prepared for us and ushered us to a room quickly. The tech staff was professional and compassionate. Dr. Phillips provided explanations for the process and was extremely helpful during the process. The staff provided us all of the time we needed and the experience was extremely comfortable and simple. I appreciate everyone at this office making things easy for us on a difficult day.

We recently rescued a puppy and went to Edwardsville Pet Hospital for a check up. The staff were friendly and professional, the waiting room very clean. We were taken into an exam room within minutes which was also very clean. Dr. Phillips checked our little cheweenie out, advised how to proceed with his care, and was one of the nicest vets we’ve ever been to. The entire experience went way above our expectations. It was only an introductory meeting, I know, but if this first experience is their standard practice, I think we can expect quality visits every time. Highly recommend Edwardsville Pet Hospital.

Excellent veterinary care. We use EPH for our springer spaniel puppy and it has been a very positive experience. The waiting room looks and smells very clean. The assistants and front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The doctors are skilled as primary care providers and surgeons. We've always gotten clear instructions and information after each visit. The veterinarians are happy to answer questions and spend the time necessary to ensure that pet owners understand what they need to do to provide the best care for their pet. My pup is actually excited to visit EPH and pulls like a train to get inside every time we visit. It is clear that this team cares about animals and wants to provide the best care.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. Doc is the best. She really listened and had a real calming effect on Peanut. He gets nervous when going to the Vet. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby.

Dr Sophia, Donna and Ellie were the nicest and most courteous people I have ever met at a vet clinic. Dr Sophia was very professional and diagnosed my little kittie very quickly. The office was very nice and clean and the charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
