We have been taking our pets here since they opened. Dr. Smith is so kind and sweet. She really cares about our pets and is passionate about their welfare. I cannot recommend Ark enough if you are looking for a professional setting with a family-like atmosphere.

Love Ark. Staff are always professional and compassionate. Dr. Smith and Dr. Mueller are always willing to answer questions and make sure you understand any treatment plans. I appreciate how collaborative everyone is when discussing the care of my three fur babies. Having a pet with a chronic illness, I know she will get the excellent lifelong care she needs at Ark!

We needed to find a new vet for our 2 dogs and settled on Ark because it had great reviews. We are happy to be able to add another one of those!! Scheduling was super easy and could be done all online. From the minute we walked in the door we felt so welcome and right at home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Office was clean, plenty of space, and waiting area was not crowded. We were seen right away / on time by Dr. Smith who is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and personable. She spent a lot of time with us talking about various things — we have 2 senior dogs and she was extremely helpful in discussing pros and cons of treatment and procedures based on their ages. Overall high quality visit and never felt rushed. Happy to say that we have found our new vet!! Thanks for taking such good care of our old ladies, Ark team! 🐶❤️🐶

Amazing place great staff!! After literally being refused by Hawthorne a 24/7 EMERGENCY pet clinic I found this place they were only a few hours today and were backed up they told me they couldn’t get my animals in due to being busy and they would call me if a spot opened up about an hour later I got a phone call and they informed me that I could bring in both my dog and cat at the same time they were quick to help out my animals and I cannot be more grateful towards these people!

I have taken my dog, Teddy to Ark Animal Hospital since he was a puppy. We now drive 40 minutes to continue going there because they always care for him like he's their own. I also learn something new, every time we go. They're informative and empathetic when it comes to caring for my furry family member.

Everyone at The Ark is absolutely wonderful. The Ark staff is quick, but thorough and very friendly! Our three dogs are always at ease during appointments and Dr. Smith makes sure to explain everything in terms that we can understand. We have been going here for years and continue to do so!
