Jacque O is a liar. She is not telling the truth. The dog she took in. Was my dog. The situation I was in with my dog was not good. My dog was in distress and Jacque O and her boyfriend volunteered to take my dog temporarily until I was able to get a place to live. I provided them dog food and everything. They told me numerous times that morning that they would take very good care of my dog and to not worry. She is in good hands. Within an hour and a half. They had taken my dog and surrendered her. Saying they found her tied to a tree abandoned. Which is a total lie. I didn't find out about them having her until 7days later. So please do not believe what this girl is saying. I'm glad she got chewed out and I'm glad Katherine knew that they were lying. They ended up with two of my dogs. Katherine will go above and beyond for these animals that enter the facility. With my second dog. There was high doubt in my mind and heart about my animal that I had to surrender. When I had taken him in. I did not know that Jacque O had already turned my first in. And I was left with no choice and didn't know what to do. I was so scared and devastated when I had to take my dog there. I was in a horrible situation. And taking him there.. I know now that it was the best choice I could have made for him. I was able to get him fostered. Within the three days. She allowed him to go without charging anyone. She is so compassionate and truly does care a lot about the dogs. Please know that this lady will do all that she can for every animal to give them to a good home.

Brought in a pup who was abandoned in our backyard, tied to a tree. Got chewed out for bringing it in, told we LIED about the dog and it was OUR FAULT it was being euthanised. The hell is wrong with you! Accused us of horrible things, i hope you get karma issued. How dare you. We were trying to help an animal being mistreated and you chewed US OUT!! All we wanted was to help a dog who was LITERALLY SCREAMING for HELP AND YOU PLAY THE "YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED POLICE"?? LIKE WAIT FOR IT TO DIE THEN HELP?? Your awful. No wonder no one wants to do the right thing.

Absolutely awful place and awful staff. Recently had a friend who rescued a final kitten brought to her work and was slowly nursing him back to health while he was still too young to take him to the vet for more health services - keep in mind she actively visited the vet at petsmart, took their advice, and changed her behavior for caring accordingly. One day while she was gone from home for a few hours, her roommates took the cat to this facility based in spite and malicious intent. They fabricated a story about how the owner (my unnamed friend) abused and neglected the cat, and went on to refuse her taking him to the vet since he had no official vet visits (still too young). They then proceeded to talk down to her, accuse her of abuse, treated her like a lesser being, and proceeded to kill the cat. Do not go to or support this place.

Awesome staff. They took in one of my rescue kitties without question when I found out he had a respiratory infection. Thank you for helping save him. I trust that you'll treat him like family until he finds his forever home.

They are saying my mother's dog is aggressive and will be putting him down if we don't get the money for him. He has never ever been aggressive my children climbed all over him and everything and he just laid there and slept through it. Something isn't right he's never been agressive. 🤔
