NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! i brought my dog in today and they left a cut on her and practically scalped. the haircut is also very choppy and looks a mess. not to mention they don’t even bathe them. i will never take my pet here again. my dog also seemed scared of the ladies when i picked her up so i assume they were rough on her even though she’s an old dog who needs general care. pretty ironic name considering they’re not gentle at all.

My little man was very handsome when I took him in. He came out cut all to pieces. Hair uneven almost scalped,,I wouldn't ever recommend this woman and he stinks and I can't wash it off ,,what the hell is wrong with people,

I brought my Pomeranian in for a haircut, I asked for a light trim and clean up of his fur. When my father arrived to pick him up, they shaved him naked leaving only the hair around his head untouched. I called back to ask for a refund and they denied it. They said my dog “moved too much” which is such excuse to shave him down. If he moved too much they shouldn’t have cut him and contacted me about it. I brought him in there last time before, and there were no problems, but this they cut extra short and went against what I had asked for. All they did was say meaningless apologizes. I would never recommend anyone bring there pet here. It was so unprofessional, you have a better chance cutting your pet yourself. Absolute mistake taking him here.

I called everyone in Bowling Green and surrounding counties to find a groomer ASAP for a dog I took in. They were the only ones available to get me in. Reading their reviews I was kind of scared.. but needed help. When I picked her up I was not disappointed! She looked beautiful. Smelled nice. Not too short but not too long. Exactly what I ask for. They took good care of her and I believe I will be going back!

Gave the salon instructions how I wanted my dog to be cut. Instead they gave the total opposite of what we wanted. We wanted a trim and his tail trimmed evenly. Instead, they shaved his body and shaved his tail leaving some puff at the end of the tail. They accepted that what they did was incorrect but refused to give a refund. Very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to go to this salon. Take your money elsewhere.

I will say that it is easy to get in because they don't have business. And it is truly reflected upon by the quality of work. I agree with the other post stating the Groomer was not acting sober. Slurred words for sure. I had to ask for my dog to be cut again because it wasn't even close to my request. I am not picky either. It's a dog! But, you want what you pay for right? My dog also had 2 bleeding nails. It was a terrible experience. Just imagine how my dog felt😔 I will never return!!! Sorry lady, sober up.
