From the exploring stage to full license, SAFY staff have been extremely supportive. The decision to begin foster care comes with lots of questions and uncertainty. SAFY staff answer all questions openly and honestly. We took our time in the license process and there was no pressure to finish by a certain time frame. All training was easily accessible and valuably informative. As of yet, we have not received our first placement. However, SAFY has excellent avenues for connection with events, resources and other foster families and kids. When our placement comes, I have complete confidence that continued support and encouragement will be readily available for foster parents as well as the kids. Highly recommend you check them out!

I would and will highly recommend SAFY to any family inquiring about foster care. My husband and I have been actively fostering since 2011 and this company is hands down the best. They not only care about their foster children but are also very caring of their foster parents. Their team has professional personnel with 24/7 accessibility. We have not been disappointed with this company whatsoever.

SAFY is hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked for! They invest in their employees by providing continuance of education through licensure and supervision where many of these modes of education can be taken on with you to utilize in future resumes and places of employment. Moreover, they truly care about the individual, which I have never experienced with any other organization prior. I experienced having my first child with SAFY and they have been so patient and understanding of this role I was taking on as a new working mother. My daughter spent three weeks in the NICU and the CEO offered to pay up to a 1000.00 of my hotel cost and they allowed me to use my company card to buy my husband and I a couple meals. When I returned to work, they have allowed me to work remotely as needed and they have even allowed my daughter to be dropped at the office in the afternoons to accommodate my working and motherly role! For our parents and children, no organization is perfect and we all have our ups and downs in this field, but I can assure you that this organization not only buys into their employees, but they most definitely buy into their children and parents experiencing foster care! They strive to be the best they can be and if mistakes happen they learn and grow from them making improvements to the way we offer services. Not all private agencies are regulated by the Children's Alliance, as this is an option for aganices, SAFY does and this is a way to hold our company accountable and to strive for the best practices for our youth. I could go on, but until you come experience SAFY for yourself, you cannot know the endless bounds they put forth to be a leading non-profit foster care agency!

Hands down I believe SAFY is the best therapeutic foster care agency across the board. Staff are committed to the families and clients they serve and go above and beyond to provide support and services based on their unique needs. I've been with SAFY for 7 and 1/2 years and can't imagine being with any other foster care agency.

I'm a new foster parent. Just starting out. But everyone I've dealt with has been great so far. Training was done with Zoom. It's been easy to get answers and directions. Excited to start helping kids.
