They took such amazing care of my little kittens! Every step of the new client process was super easy and the appointment was only about 30 mins for their follow up shots. Everyone was so nice and I really appreciate how amazing the doctor was! She had such a calm demeanor and made me and my babies feel at ease. So grateful for this clinic and their amazing staff!

Everyone at Lexington Pet Clinic is wonderful. I knew they would take care of my dog like he was their own. They even followed up with me the following day after his surgery to check on him. Wonderful place to bring your beloved pets.

My bunnies Stinky and Loki have been Dr. Kizer’s patients for a couple of years now, they love her as so do I. All the staff at the clinic including Dr. Kizer are super nice and very knowledgeable. I know my bunnies are in good hands ❤️. Highly recommend this clinic!

I took my cat to this clinic for a senior exam with full diagnostic work and bloodwork. Just a few weeks later she was irreversibly blind because they missed that she had dangerously high blood pressure. The doctor took no responsibility for the error and defended the clinic's practice of not routinely checking senior cats' blood pressure, despite leading veterinary experts stating that doing so is critical. After that, I started taking my senior pets to AERC to see specialists. The AERC doctors found treatable issues that the Lexington doctors either missed or said were not a concern. Another of my cats is still alive because AERC caught intestinal cancer early on. If I had relied on the doctors at Lexington, he would likely be dead now. Their service is really poor, too. Their staff was rude to me on multiple occasions, including when I needed to put my cat down. Why are you in the animal care field if you can't even have some empathy for people when they are losing their pet? I've dealt with several other clinics, all of which were much more empathetic than the staff at Lexington. They also overcharged me for my cat's medicine. Lexington told me they were only charging me their actual cost, but another clinic charged me 25% less for the same medicine. Lexington Pet Clinic is not an upstanding veterinary practice. Their doctors lack the medical competence to provide quality care and their staff and management lack empathy. I would recommend just about any other clinic in the area. I've worked with several others and had good experiences with all of them except Lexington.

I HAD to write a review for this vet. Where do I start? My pup was being very odd so I brought her in, we are visiting from Texas & this vet was able to squeeze us in because other vets were booked but they still managed to work around us. They made me feel so welcomed, friendly staff & Dr, I wish I could bring them to Texas with me. When I picked up my baby she was acting normal, they really care for all the clients & patients. My heart is so grateful & a plus is that they have candles which smell AMAZING!! Of course I purchased one 🥰

I couldn’t speak any higher of this establishment and the entire staff. We unfortunately had to put down a pet, everyone we interacted with was so kind and sympathetic. A few weeks later we even received a sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff. If you have a sick pet, this is the place to go. They care.
