Great place to take your dog. Friendly staff very helpful. My Bella seems to enjoy it too she comes home exhausted. Price is very reasonable for a day. I’m so glad they were recommended.

We’ve used them for our recently adopted dog and they were great with him. They did a try out for play group. We had the first night free. One thing to note is the boarding overnight and play packages are separate which I didn’t realize at first. But also makes sense as a pricing structure and didn’t add a ton to our bill. We overall really had a great experience there with our husky.

I cannot say how great the staff is here and how attentive they were to my concerns regarding my "kids". My pair had a wonderful time as it could be seen in the paw-gress reports. Not all kennels are as attentive to the animals in their care as this place has been. They will definitely be returning once they get a few naps in to rebuild their energy. From the bottom of this fur Mama's heart, thank you for caring and loving my babies as much as I do.

Not sure if it's the right spot for my dog... we went about 5 times before deciding to stop. He was happy and willing enough to go at first but after coming home with evidence of playing really rough, he started begging us not to leave him. Once they installed the cameras I became aware of how many dogs they pack into a room... makes me feel it's cheap for a reason.

My pets are safe & happy at Pet Suites because the staff truly cares for them and about them. When they return home, their demeanor is no different from when they were first taken there. I will always have my pets in the care of Eagan Pet Suites for a play day or boarding.

I would recommend PetSuites primarily for daycare and boarding. I had my two dogs set up for their first full day of daycare, and the team at Eagan PetSuites went above and beyond. When I called about booking online, they just scheduled it for me. When I had questions about the portal and process, they helped me out. One thing we were not expecting were Pawgress reports during the stay, or that the entire first day for both dogs ($120 value) was completely free to us, with more coupons included. Though our dogs had a big adjustment, the team maximized their stay. Dogs came home worn out! We will be booking with them more often. This is a huge step forward as we had tried twice in the fall to book grooming appointments for both dogs . One appointment was canceled suddenly, and the second one we were ghosted about appointment time/ arrival process when the day came, so we couldn’t even make it in the door. Other friends have had issues with the grooming or nail trim side of the operation too. Overall, I am over the moon with our experience recently and they have earned our business.
