It’s been almost two years ago now that we adopted our amazing dog from Heartland (at the Petsmart Saturday adoption). We had a good and bad experience. We had one lady who was rude and two who were fine. The problem was they are very busy trying to coordinate several adoptions at once and there aren’t enough people. Then, while doing the paperwork and getting her chip put in, we didn’t get all the information. It may not be something you think of (we didn’t) but CHECK THEIR UNDERCARRIAGE! She apparently just had just been spade and wasn’t healed yet. When we got home, I knew something wasn’t right. We had to take her to the vet to get staples since she was “coming apart.”

My oldest wanted an all white kitten for over a year. We finally found one 2 hours away. I can't compliment them enough enough through the process. They are compassionate about the kittens and finding them good homes.
