From the first phone call Night Owls were very kind and informative. Great communication throughout the whole visit/process. I was at work and had my 20 year old son take our dog in to be seen. They texted me, explained things to my son who in turn kept me informed of what was going on. The payment process was easy too, with modern technology, since I wasn’t there to physically give them my card. They made everything easy & were empathetic. You could tell the staff and the vet definitely cared for their critter patients! They sent our fur-child home with his meds and a few extra treats. I also appreciated the detailed clinical summary paperwork sent home as well. Oh, and price was reasonable for an Urgent Care Clinic! I highly recommend them.

I wanna say Thank u to the Amazing staff at Night Owl for saving my baby girl Chloe life she tested positive for Parvo and we so thankful that they jump in together to get her all the medication she needed to have a full recovery this is an amazing clinic I would refer someone else’s family pet to . Of all times throughout my dog Cody's life that we needed to encounter a professional and caring vet and staff it was the most important the afternoon I took him in to Night Owl in hopes of finding out what was wrong with him so that he could be made better. I am thankful that they were very caring and very professional. It turned out that the seizure that he had that day that led me to take him there was caused by a severely damaged liver and spleen--he was beyond saving. Before the ultrasound that showed Dr. Kumm the extent of the damage was done, I was told of various diagnostics that could be done to determine what was going on; after she saw the ultrasound, she told me spending more money with them would be a waste of money due to how bad his liver and spleen were. He was put to sleep that evening. It was a massive shock, but the Dr.'s and her staff's professionalism and caring and personable nature definitely made the situation far more tolerable for me than it would have been otherwise.

Yesterday, my Maggie had to be put out of her pain. I can not express the kindness we received from the staff. From the phone call of desperation to find someone to help my baby girl, to arrival and to the room to help my baby girl. Price didn't matter but it was very reasonable. The kindness is what matters. I'll forever be grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you from the Hoffman Family.

Took our girl here to get help when a local vet turned us down. Our pup had a spill and hurt her leg and we went here with no notice or phone call. In 10 minutes we were in a waiting room Ten minutes later she was talking to a vet. 10 minutes later we were on our way home. As for the bill, we were quite surprised at how reasonable urgent care for a pet was. It wasn't that far off from our veterinarian. They gave us other options we could take that would increase the bill but give things like supplements or meds so we would not have to go shop for them. But otherwise, the staff was A M A Z I N G and friendly and I was really blown away at the professionalism of an urgent care. I'd recommend this facility about as highly as I can.

Scam! We waited for almost 3hrs now, Monday morning 10:15-1pm. Dr prescribed 6 medications based on my grand-pup diagnosis, a week ago. Unfortunately my Vet does not have office hours on Monday so we tried Night Owls. Be careful, if you choose to visit. I would give ZERO stars! Thanks for your response. However, I was told the Dr didn't run the test because she was unable to collect "enough" stool (which was one attempt) and cost. The tech explained Dr was treating my pup per grand-dog diagnosis and other dogs coming in with diarrhea. Yes, just under 3 hrs by what 2 minutes. I called (10:04am) before arriving, inquiring on the wait time. NO information on "urgent" patients before my arrival. This location opens at 10:00am, which I arrived at 10:15am. No communication after 1.5hrs of waiting on how many patients inside or their need for "urgent" care over my pup.
