Description Chihuahuas of the Valley is a small Los Angeles, CA based dog rescue that is run by volunteers and funded entirely by donations and adoption fees. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters and the occasional stray if we have space available and find them loving forever homes. We are a registered non profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal revenue Code (Tax deductible EIN 46-5412730) Our mission is to rescue, heal and find forever homes for unwanted and discarded dogs. All dogs are placed in loving foster homes to rehabilitate them, give them all the time they need to be happy, healthy dogs again and to evaluate the dogs temperament so we can determine what type of home the dog would be best suited for.
